loved the atmosphere so much! upscale casual with lots of plants and great music. our server brian was very attentive. get the chocolate mousse if it’s available! the honey crisp tuille situation was so crunchy and flavorful. want to come back to try out the brunch menu!

We try Abejas a few times each year because it’s always been a great local spot for upscale cuisine. The atmosphere is warm, the service is attentive, and their mixologist truly stands out—every cocktail feels creative, intentional, and fun. That said, for the price point, the overall food quality has declined over the last few years, and it doesn’t quite deliver the same “wow” factor it once did. Also wish they had more vegetarian options. Love the seasonal menu and will definitely keep supporting this local restaurant.

My 1st time at abejas, my view of the menu was slightly confuse. Upon arrival since I was a solo customer i decided to be at the bar, The bartender by the name of Casey took amazing care of my confusion and explained to me the brunch plates, he was also assisted by the hostess by the name of Nico who enforced the menu understanding. I fixed my self in trying the carnitas and a side of crispy potatoes ( Amazingly well cooked and delicious ), very impressed with the plate presentation and the exquisite plate, by my surprise I was introduced to the coffee cake. Wowowow delicioso. Thank you guys and the Abejas crew. Overall my 1st time quite Impressive. Will b back. To try dinner

By far and hands down the best restaurant in Golden. Food is always excellent, rotating cocktails are fun to try and service is knowledgeable and friendly. It’s my go to for a good meal, celebration dinner, and visitor. A true local gem and neighborhood food haven.

The best eggs benedict I’ve had. The in-house smoked salmon is amazing along with their crispy potatoes. Service is always super friendly and quick with a great warm atmosphere inside. I will be visiting for the evening menu next!

My mom and I went to Golden for the first time for our annual mother/daughter trip. I booked us a reservation at Abejas for dinner one night and it exceeded both of our expectations! We were greeted by the manager/Sommelier. I think we had booked it for an outside table, but he said they were expecting rain and we decided to dine inside (good call b/c it did end up raining). The menu had seasonal/farm-to-table options. Our server, Lauren, was amazing! She was easy to talk to, great personality, explained items on the menu, and made recommendations. I got the mussels and these were for sure in my top 5 mussel experiences every. They were so big, the broth was amazing, and the bread it was served with was a rosemary sourdough. The Sauvy B wine was a perfect pairing. My mom got the strawberry salad and enjoyed. After dinner we relocated to the bar for a few cocktails and their mixologist did a fantastic job on all the cocktails. I would 10/10 recommend visiting Abejas next time you’re in Golden.

Started off great when I found my favorite wine that I have never seen on a US menu. The food was generally very good though small portions for the price (with the exception of the bread service which was delicious and added to our lunch the next day. The carrot and frisee salad was good but way over salted as noted to the server. The squash dish was excellent.

Atmosphere was good. Wine pours were very small along with their portions of dinner. My wife ordered the cod dish which looked like a small appetizer. We were a party of four and with tip it came to well over 500 dollars. Probably won’t be back.
