I stop into Burger King on Perkins ave once a week and felt that recognition was deserved, the food is always good. What needs recognition is the staff. Polite, respectful, courteous, prompt. In a day when I see bad service and ungrateful employees all the time I have never once not felt like I was a valued customer. I see these young men and women working hard, always conducting themselves with dignity and treating everyone who walks through the door with respect. Sometimes I don’t even feel like getting a whooper, but I’ll still stop into Burger King because I know this staff will remind me that their are still young hard working men and women, and they work at Burger King on Perkins ave in Sandusky Ohio. Placed an order online, paid, went to the store and they refused to honor the order, saying they were only serving lunch. Probably shouldn’t have opened their location on the app for breakfast, then. Now I have to wait 5-7 days for my money back.

Slowest drive thru in town besides Taco Bell and good luck getting your order right.
EDIT: 1 Year later and still no better. Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with no pickle. Got two dry patties with nothing.

They’ll screw up a wet dream. Ordered a side of the fry/onion rings mix and had zero onion rings in it and no zesty sauce which is supposed to come with it. Ordered 2 BBQ bacon whopper jrs with cheese, add onion rings, no tomatoes and it had no onion rings on it and had what looked like extra tomatoes and they sure the hell didn’t put the ba on on either whopper either. Can hear employees cussing and carrying on like the customer dosnt matter. Wasn’t like it was a hard order to make as everything was ordered the way it was supposed to come with the exception of minus 2 things.

We went to Burger King after a school concert and it was snowing cold and stuck out. The messed up our entire order. I’m not going back out into this mess. This is completely ridiculous to have this much of a mess up.

Got the food home and it just a sloppy mess and tasted really old. We live 2 miles away and our food was cold when we got home. 2 hrs of my work paid for that meal. It’ll be the last one I buy
