Quality is definitely DOWN at Taco Bell(Pasco,WA). It’s fast but sloppy and definitely NOT what it should be. False Advertising as their food lacks many ingredients. Perhaps this could be a New Year’s resolution for me and whoever reads this as to NOT waste your money at Taco Bell. The 5 Layer Burrito in this photo was from today’s purchase. There was ONLY one other couple besides me in the lobby at the time of this pathetic service.

Horrible customer experience.. if the employee talk to you like shit the manager won’t do shit either. Everyone there have horrible attitude and if they get your order wrong well too damn bad they can’t refund it for you?? Save your money and time from coming here. Very disappointed.

11/23/25: Ordered a few things and had asked for 2 Doritos loco tacos. At the Window once we got our food there was only 1 taco in there, took a look at the receipt and they had only charged for 1. When I told the cashier that we were one taco short that we had ordered 2 tacos but they did not charge it he asked for the entire bag of food back and then showed it to his manager and then said that the taco was in there when I literally told him that we were 1 taco short. Staff was rude and was throwing our bag of food around like a dam hot potato once we arrived at home we had all our tacos broken due to poor handling. Management needs to get their crap together and be more professional at their job.

Came here for breakfast, I ordered at the kiosk and then went to the counter to pay. They saw me standing there for a full 6 minutes before they decide to help me, and then they messed up my order. The hot coffee i ordered was completely cold, and tasted like it was yesterday’s coffee. I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was soggy to the point of falling apart, and they didn’t add any of the extra sauces that I ordered and payed for.

I’m writing This review after many disappointing visits so it wasn’t just one that made me write a bad review. I would like to start by saying the staff especially the girls working there have always given me great service at the window. This review is really just about the food. Every visit something goes bad from Missing food or very soggy tacos that fall apart instantly. You add sauce but they never put any todays visit was a triple hitter they shorted me food they put zero sauces and the 5/5 tacos well 1 out of 5 was good the others fell apart and looked like they were put in water before wrapping them. I think I’ll be taking my business to rd68 Taco Bell’s not only are they cheaper but they always delivered on service and food.

Cecilia is a rock star! I came to grab some lunch and the drive thru was packed! Inside was full as well and she was managing and handling the pressure amazingly! There was a couple rude customers and she was very professional and helped fill the needs of everyone! Every Taco Bell needs a Cecilia!

Looks like it’s been a year since they messed up my order here. Tonight 10/ 25 i ordered 3 soft taco Supreme and ended up with a bean and cheese burrito. Yep takes a lot of smarts. Menu update and game changer. They have chicken tacos that are so good. This reminds me of the chicken wrap mc ds had. Could you go wrong with taco Bell? They now have pineapple freezes you have to try that is so yummy. depends on what taco Bell you go to is how fast are going to work and how accurate your orders going to be

Typical Taco Bell that’s pretty easy to get to/back on the freeway that covers all the bases. It is well-staffed, clean, and gets the order out quickly.
