I have always trusted Taco Bell as a reliable instution of food. Even if I can not trust any fast food in a city, Taco Bell is always an amazing choice. That changed today. I always order on the app and my first red flag was no crunch wrap. Turns out they would be out of a lot more than just that. I show up and check in at the drive thru where I am told that the Carmel Apple Empinadas. Even with them being on the online menu they didn’t have that, or the Baja Zero I ordered. This was already very disappointing for me but after agreeing to replace the Baja Zero with Zero Pepsi, and the Empinadas for the Chicken Bacon Ranch Street Chulipas. My car was misfiring so I went to park and went inside while my passenger diagnose it and went inside to grab the food. After going inside and telling the employee about the situation the employee informed me that they had the Street Chalupa shells, but would not fry them to save time and was therefore subbing them out for Cinnabon Delights. Not to cause a fuss I agreed to it because I thought I would be getting 12. But I know that deep down. Those employees were about to get off shift and didn’t want to fry them, wich is like, their job? Just overall lazy employees that I think did not excel at their job and even undercut their duties. After I got my food though I was appalled. First the Cinnabon Delights, THERE WAS NOT EVEN 12 CINNABON DELIGHTS, THERE WAS 8 IN THE BAG 12 CINNABON DELIGHTS IS $6.79 WHEN I PAID $6 FOR THE CARMEL APPLE EMPINADA, AND ONLY GOT $4.53 WOTH OF CINNABON DELIGHTS I DIDNT EVEN WANT. THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS PUT 12 IN THE BAG. After my fuss about that I go to the Nacho Fries. The first time I tried the Avocado Ranch nacho fries I didn’t enjoy them. So I ordered them without it and sub the chicken for steak. Nowhere did I say add sour creme but that wasn’t too big of a gripe due to the CONTAINER BEING INSIDE OF A NACHO BELL GRANDE CONTAINER? YOU HAVE THE FRY CONTAINER FOR A REASON. After completing that I transitioned over to my Beefy 5 Layer burito that tasted like straight unseasoned beef and just off. I also had a regular Chulipa that had no sour creme even though they have sour creme on them. My passenger also had Doritos Locos tacos without the taco sleeve which is just weird? The sleeve is there for a reason and not including it was very off-putting to me. Overall my meal here makes me nerver want to eat at this dining establishment or any of its locations ever again. For a company I respect so much this experience has severly hurt my judgement and taste for anything Taco Bell. And if it was up to me this location would never make another taco again. I hope reading this review will inform anyone to NEVER GO TO THIS TACO BELL.

Got in line for my order that I placed using the App, waited 15 minutes to get to the window. The line seemed to be moving pretty well, got to the window and was informed, “They were out of Beef and it would be 30 minutes before the Beef was ready.”. I decided to wait that agonizing 30 minutes only to walk in {thirty-two minutes later} to be greeted by staunch employees informing me that, “It would be 20 minutes because they were out of Beef!”. Now my only way out is waiting on the magical Beef Genie (which I made up just like their wait times) or attempt to navigate cancelling my order through the App (impossible because they think I picked it up already) and or Phone calls to service offices that aren’t even open (TACO BELL NEEDS 24 HOUR SERVICE LINES TO CALL!). I just wanted my money back or my Tacos, instead…you get this disdainful review. Not coming back to this location. I even asked if I could just wait on the drive-thru at the window because we would most certainly be next once the beef was ready. Staff avoided my question to the point of eventually not answering even though a four person pow-wow couldn’t figure out this “Yes or No question”, and report back to me

In conclusion, I received my food an hour and twenty minutes after I ordered it (an HOUR after I was told it would be a half-hour). Watched more than five cars come and get their orders which I know contained the fresh Beef because I was watching hard enough to be able to tell I was being lied to and then shoved to the back of whatever imaginary priorities these people could maintain because I had a $40 order and they didn’t want to do it. No forks for any of the four potato bowls and my kids asked me why the Tacos were bad this time. Management failed…Team failed… Also watched a guy smoke a cigarette and play with his phone for 20 minutes with his gloves on outside. I bet he didn’t change them to make my food!

The single worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.

I’ll preface this with saying… I’ve eaten Taco Bell 2-3 times a week at various locations for nearly 10 years. I’m somewhat of a connoisseur.

I went to this location hearing it was the worst location on the planet. I decided to try my luck.

I ordered my food, then my colleague. Me first, then him. My colleague received his food. 15 minutes later, I still had not received my food. Nor had anyone asked if I had been helped. I watched as half a dozen people ordered their food, received it, or were otherwise helped by a team member.

When the manager finally asked me if I was okay, I said in a slightly frustrated demeanor “I’ve been a whole lot better.” She said “what’s going on?” I replied “I’ve been waiting on my food for 30 minutes and nobody has helped me.”

She said “Why are you being rude?”

I said “I’ve been waiting 30 minutes and haven’t been helped, I’m going to be frustrated. I haven’t treated you as anything less than human.”

She then proceeded to tell me I had to leave and that she wasn’t even going to talk to me.

After minor bickering, I stated I was not leaving until I either got my food, or was refunded.

While I stood there, waiting, another customer came in from the drive thru. She asked him what was wrong. He threw food down on the counter, swore at her, and was infinitely more rude than myself. He said “I ordered these items with no sour cream. And she said “they don’t come with sour cream.” And he threw the items down, nearly falling off the counter onto the woman’s feet, and said “then what the hell is this?”. He puffed up his chest and raised his voice.

However, to make a point and to present herself as a “good guy”, she met his concern with kindness, remade his food personally, and even gave him coupons.

Finally the police showed up, and they had me trespassed. The police said “We get it. We’re surprised the place is even open.”

Side notes:
I watched one of the associates put tacos into a bag, pull them out, and put them in a different bag. Couldn’t manage orders.
My colleague asked for a large cup lid as they were out, and the drive thru associate got snippy and handed him the cup with an attitude. “I can only give you one”
Manager had family spread out through the drive through egging on the whole situation.

Formally the single worst Taco Bell in existence.

Stopped by the Taco Bell in London, Ohio for a quick dine-in meal. Apparently “quick” now means 30+ minutes.

At first I thought they were hand crafting my tacos with ingredients blessed by a taco wizard or something. Nope. Just waiting… and waiting… and watching the drive-thru orders fly out like it was the Indy 500.

Other customers had been waiting even longer than we had. At that point it started feeling less like dinner and more like we were all contestants in some kind of Taco Bell endurance challenge.

So we asked for a refund. That also turned into an adventure because it took two tries to get it done correctly. At that point I was half expecting them to ask me to clock in and help run the register.

Came in hungry, left with no tacos, and somehow still spent 30 minutes at Taco Bell. Honestly impressive.

I’ve been to several taco bell restaurants and have never been as shocked as I was by this location. Only one kiosk was working correctly. The counter for the drink dispenser was out of lids and had to shout for a lid over the counter and was rudely given a lid finally. My coworker, ordered online using the app and never got his food. He was instead met with resistance from the workers, refused service, and they called the police to have him removed. Soo.. He got no food and no refund either. Truly this is a place to avoid and they are clearly thieves. AVOID AT ALL COSTS..

Me and my friends stopped by the Taco Bell in London, Ohio on New Year’s Eve, and honestly, it was one of the best fast-food experiences I’ve had.
The crew was in high spirits, which was really nice to see—especially on a busy holiday night. I come here every time I’m in London, but this was the first time I truly saw a team enjoying their work. One moment that really stood out was when an older gentleman on the crew looked overwhelmed and ready to give up. A woman stepped in so politely, took over without hesitation, and completely turned things around. She worked incredibly fast, kept everything neat, and still stayed kind and calm.
She didn’t stop there—she also noticed a drive-thru worker who was struggling and jumped right in to help her get back on track. She even made sure everyone in the lobby, including us, got their drinks. That level of awareness and teamwork is rare.
I asked her if she was a manager because of how naturally she took charge. She said no and looked genuinely concerned, asking if something was wrong. When I told her how amazing she was and tried to bless her with a tip, she hesitated and said she was just doing her job to make customers happy and take care of her household. When we finally gave her $20, she immediately said she planned to buy pizza for her team because they all did it together. That says everything about her character.
I know this location gets criticized sometimes, but after seeing what we saw, about six of us walked away with a whole new level of respect. They handle so many orders, and I personally couldn’t do what they do. The crew at Taco Bell in London, Ohio truly rocked it on New Year’s Eve.
To the entire team: thank you for your hard work, your kindness, and your teamwork. And to the older gentleman who kept pushing through—God bless you. This is the kind of experience that sticks with people.
Stay blessed, keep pushing, and Happy New Year 2026. Team Taco Bell, you deserve the recognition.

I went in tonight for food. They forgot food. Go figure they always forget something. I pull back around to the drive thru and the person on the speaker asks me to come inside to get my food. I’m looking at a full parking lot so I tell her I don’t see a parking spot. She then tells me “that’s funny she’s looking at a parking spot right now” so I go inside and I’m obviously upset for being treated this way. I ask the lady at the counter who I spoke to on the intercom she said it was her and I said oh so you were the one who was rude to me. She said she didn’t know what I was talking about. I told her that telling me she’s looking at a parking spot was rude. She then tried to lie to me and tell me it was the automated system they had. Then refused to give me her name and said Chris will be in tomorrow at 9am and to call him but refused to give me her name.

One of the worst taco bells I’ve been to. Either you sit in line forever or you go in just to stand there for 20min and be ignored by all workers. Had to walk out and go somewhere else. On the days we get service. Everytime we get home with our food we are ALWAYS missing one or two items. So if you eat here check and make sure you got everything before you leave.

From my last review being a Five Star rating to once again, back down to a One Star rating.

Problem #1: Had to hand back the dragon fruit ices bc the syrup was forgotten, he (nice young man) made news ones, but the syrup was put all in the bottom of the cup. Not a huge problem, and one I can help. I just mixed them up for me and my child.

Problem #2: nacho fries being half-filled cost: $3.50ish x 2 of them. I brought it to the attention of the employee, was told there was nothing that could be done. I ask for a manager and she tells me they are measured out and that’s the correct amount (photos attached). I asked for a refund, but was told that was not possible due to it being an online order, and I’d have to call this number and blah. After much persuasion and unnecessary hardship, she did correct this issues. They had to make more and had me pull around (My Thoughts: probably why they tried to pass off what they had left to me in the first place bc they didn’t what to have to make more?).

Problem #3: I paid an extra $1.50 to have chicken added to my quesadilla. I get home (20 min Drive bc I really wanted Taco Bell) to find, they forgot to put chicken in it.

I really don’t know what else could have went wrong. At least the tacos were okay. But the chicken was my last straw, so here is this update review. Disappointed.

2 star bc I think the guy was new and just didn’t know how to make the drinks.

My past review: I have to say, this place has really turned it around. Great customer service and quality food! The gentleman running the drive through is a great asset. He is super friendly and welcoming.

Every time I go here there’s a new issue and I can’t order anything I want. Last time the steamer and grill were down so they couldn’t make 70% of the menu. The time before that they were out of what I wanted. This time they were sold out of what I wanted so I ordered something else… Well when I went to pay their credit card reader went down… So instead of giving me the food sitting there that they’re going to throw away or eat themselves. I get told that without payment there’s nothing they can do… This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.
