Wildginger Huskisson is an Asian fusion restaurant and wine bar, located on the beautiful south coast of NSW, Jervis Bay. Our restaurant has been operating here in Huskisson for over 10 years and we take pride in creating memorable dining experiences for all of our patrons. Our kitchen specialises in Asian fusion cuisine, dancing with the balance of the sweet and spicy flavours, and aromas of South East Asia. Our front of house wine bar, hosts an extensive knowledge of all of your favourite cocktails, and a unique twist on some of our own. Blending together the kitchen and the bar, it is the combination of the ambient and bustling mood and intoxicating aromas, that fallows our patrons to be swept up, and taken to a taste of Asia.

Dropped into Wild Ginger while in Huskisson and mostly really enjoyed it. The pork loin katsu was well cooked and full of flavour, and the crispy chicken salad was quite nice too — fresh, crunchy and not too heavy. The pork belly betel leaf missed the mark for us, but the cocktails were great and definitely a highlight. Friendly service and a relaxed vibe that suits the area well. Solid spot overall and would happily come back.

Dined at Wildginger Huskisson on our first night after arriving in Jervis Bay. Picked this spot based on its great reviews and we enjoyed the experience. Asian fusion flavours felt familiar to us as Singaporeans, which was a lovely touch after a long drive. We ordered the Braised Beef Cheeks and Pork Loin Katsu, both well prepared, with tender beef and nicely crispy pork. Friendly service and a polished, welcoming atmosphere. A great way to start our holiday. Highly recommended!

Booked for 7.30pm arrived a few minutes early and waited with no acknowledgement after finally seated staff were ok flustered and honestly wasn’t that busy. Took awhile to get water and other drinks but once food order was taken was quick like let’s eat and go feel. Food was good , very spicy so be aware. I enjoyed the food. Coco loco wasn’t the best margarita I have had bit sweet.

We had an amazing birthday dinner at Wild Ginger in Huskisson! The staff were super nice and friendly and they even surprised me with a beautiful cocktail as a birthday gift, such a lovely touch! Their cocktails were fantastic, and the Thai-inspired dishes were all delicious.
We especially loved the crab wonton with fresh crab meat topped with seaweed and caviar, so light and refreshing. The perch nam prik curry was full of flavour and the brownie dessert with chocolate sauce was the perfect sweet ending. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted amazing.
We’ll definitely come back again next time we’re in town. Highly recommend this restaurant for a special night out!

Best spot to dine in Huskisson. If you love fresh seafood and zesty flavours, this place has so much to offer. Best of all, the braised beef cheeks are off the chart and so moreish.

We waited for some time despite us having a reservation. They were very sorry and comped our first round of drinks. We didn‘t expect that at all and were very surprised. A nice surprise!
The place was very busy and loud. The interieur Isn‘t really up to date. The floor is covered with a spotty carpet.
The food is very nice. The drinks are aswell! It was a nice visit. Next time I would ask for a table outside.

Whilst the food was excellent, the service was extremely slow. The service people were too busy chit chatting to themselves at the bar and occasionally would turn around and see who are waving the hands up in the air trying to get their attention.
The excuse was that the head chef had to leave early for a personal thing but just a smart impact on the service team
Despite this, I would still go back to the restaurant during the quieter season so that I can still enjoy a meal there without the issue of poor service

Went there on a Sunday long weekend with no booking. The lady working there was very nice and welcoming and gave us 2 seats at the bar. The bartender at the bar was very friendly and professional. My crispy chicken salad was absolutely delicious and the staff were attentive and professional! Definitely recommend
