Seems like they may be under new ownership. They are great at remembering the salsa now; and the food is as good as it has always been. Will definitely be going to Moe’s more often again.

Staff is good and they usually make a good burrito. But orders are supposed to come with Kaiser, and unless I remember to ask I usually don’t get any salsa. Like a bag full on chips with no salsa, it’s weird.

I just paid $30 dollars for this at this location at door dash and I paid extra for extra protein and got essentially a cheese quesadilla with the little bits of protein that were there burnt to a crisp and I actually called the store. And a Shem could not be understood. How is this idiot a manger anywhere and then hung up on me. Don’t ever come here save your money. Trust. Worst experience ever. Lol. Omg.

I ordered 3 burrito bowls for delivery along with chips and salsa. My chips and salsa were left out and the cilantro lime rice has a lot of lime juice that is over powering the taste of the burrito bowl. It also tastes like that fake lime juice that comes in the plastic lime shaped bottles at the store. One of my bowls had seasoned rice and it of course didn’t have that lime flavor. I called to let them know they may want to taste and remake the rice, but no one is answering and the voicemail is full.

Went by Moe’s tonight 3/9/2024 to catch a quick bite to go. It’s 9:04pm. Lights on, workers inside, an hour until closing and the door is lock. There was a worker right near the door and didn’t acknowledge or say anything to us.

It’s Moe’s, there was nothing spectacular about this location. The employees were pleasant enough, it was clean, and the food was relatively fresh. I do enjoy the fact that Moe’s also offers tofu, that itself would bring me back. I ordered the Wrong Doug with Tofu and it was great!

Hey guys so I was in Jacksonville Florida visiting my in-laws and I absolutely don’t know anything about Florida so we were trying to make a group decision regarding what we are all going to eat for lunch in with me being a picky eater I prefer more of a healthier choice and everyone was giving me suggestions and we drove past Moe’s I remember this establishment from a episode of Undercover Boss on television I was watching and I thought it was so cool that the staff as soon as you walk in cheerfully greet you by saying “welcome to Moe’s” that wasn’t just it the location I went to was so clean I mean everything was sanitized down to the T bathrooms were very fresh the staff help me make the best choice for my order which I want to say was very good so I ordered a chicken protein bowl with pinto beans guacamole brown rice no cheese or sour cream I was so blown away by how great my experience was when I visited always said from watching undercover boss that one day I’m going to visit one of these Moe’s Southwest grill locations, I’m not going to lie I was so hungry that I ate practically half of the bowl in the backseat while I was being toured around to see some of the historical landmarks of Jacksonville Florida. I mean the food that I ordered made my taste buds jump up and want to get married to what I was eating. The presentation of my food was a 10 it was cooked to perfection that was 10 and the taste oh boy that was 10 I can’t wait to go back to visit thanks for checking out my review thanks for sharing my experience with me

Ordered A bowl with extra steak from this location through Uber Eats. Took the steak out because I couldn’t find it in the bowl And that is what they put in for extra steak. Doesn’t even look like a normal portion. Starting to think that a vegetarian prepared my bowl. Absolutely pathetic for a bowl that cost more than 15 bucks. Majority rice. Hopefully being stingy is worth the rating.

The only reason this is getting any stars is because the service that I got from William and Winston. They went above and beyond to ensure my order was exactly as requested . They are great employees and would be worth the hire to any other local business.
However, this Moes is horrible, while William and Winston did their part to make the inside shine. The owner has let the outside fall into disarray. It’s clear that he or she has given up.
I hope Winston and William make it out of there and get a job more fitting to their professional, caring and enthusiastic abilities.

Considering this place is known for acknowledging their customers upon entry, I expected someone to communicate to me when I got to the speaker at the menu , they didn’t. So I pull up to the window after about eight minutes to see if someone could see that I was there to pick up. I kept seeing employees walk by the window but no one noticed me or I was ignored I wasn’t sure. After another 10 minutes someone finally open the door to ask me what I needed and I told them I was here to pick up two orders from online and she said okay as if I was making a statement. Fortunately she came back with a bag and I had to pay for one of the orders which was normal. They didn’t take the queso that was ordered and one of the orders and this is yet again my second time ordering a burrito from a Moe’s from a different location I’m getting a fraction of what was paid for in value. Looks like it’s back to Chipotle for burritos and bowls. Paying $10 for a four and a half inch burrito which at this point is mostly the wrap you are paying for and not what’s inside. Two years ago I could get a Quality Burrito at Moes that was FILLED with shredded chicken and it was more than enough. I understand company policies, venders and procedures may change over time and I’m sure they had good reason and it probably saved them a ton of money.
One other note, the burrito was cold when I received it at the window , it did taste good though.

Last two times we went here have been awful! Only went back the 2nd time because we got a 5 dollar coupon so we thought we would give it another try. Bad idea. The adobo chicken was literally burnt! (We used drive thru so we didn’t get to see our food made) also the 5 dollar coupon that the lady at the register swore scanned, only took off $1.10. They have gone down hill really fast. They uses to be good but I don’t know what happened. Won’t come back here again!
