Im placing this here at a mediocre review for a simple reason. I am unable to request a refund on the app at the time of this however half of my order was forgotten. I ordered online and only received half my order. Mind you, I ordered 4 things. 4. It couldve been the driver or the store and to that end I do not know hence why I am leaving this here.

Dirty store rude staff. I saw the order was wrong on the screen tried to correct it. The staff became argumentative. Was told they were out of receipt paper when I asked for a receipt. Then when I got my food was only one burnt patty between a bun and was told if I didn’t have a receipt there was nothing they could do. This location should just be closed.

I went to order a combo with one substitution I’ve done for years and recently at a different location. But they rung up everything separately saying the system won’t let them substitute chili instead of fries. And they said it’d be the same cost, but chilli sub was never a $3 upcharge. I was polite the whole time but the cashier had an attitude the entire time, the manager was brushing it all aside like it was no big deal. So I said I’d go somewhere else and the cashier loudly groans and shouts “OH MY GOD!!” Couldn’t even wait until I was gone or the window was shut. Real professional and mature.

They recently remodeled. The self service drink and ice dispenser is far better than the old scooping ice out of a bin behind the counter they had. I definitely approve. The fries were fresh and hot. Being cooked in fresh oil is definitely an improvement! I hope they can keep this up.
The eating area inside feels more open with the new design.
The only issue I had this past visit was they did charge me for a drink when I ordered a water. However, the manager was quick to remedy this and politely reminded the cashier to double check things. I appreciated the professionalism that the manager had.

We ordered a baconator , a spicy chicken, a double cheeseburger and a wrap. However the baconator was still raw !! I’ve tried to call many times and only get a busy tone!! This photo is the spicy chicken sandwich!! Tastes like grease.. looks like shit!! Hardly any lettuce and the tomato is definitely old!!!

The place is amazing! The food was quick but also good. Staff had good recommendations on the saucy nuggs, and they were very nice! The drink fountain was a bit buggy with the ice but other than that it was great! The staff was also quick with taking our orders, and we did have a broken cup, but he fixed it quickly and apologized! Love the staff here, I would come back if I could.

My sandwiches were made very well and they usually taste pretty good. Unfortunately, the service at this location could be improved. McDonald’s does a much better job when you order with the app. This location is having a hard time figuring it out. They need better training on dealing with online orders. I shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes after arriving when I placed my order 5-10 minutes before getting there.

Got sick after eating. Staff was horrible and rude, drinks tasted gross no matter what you got, messed up order and continued to make us wait 10 minutes just to get sick after eating. Disgusting establishment never come here.
