I ordered online through the website and it said my food would be ready between 7-10 minutes, which my burger was. I got there nine minutes after ordering and it took a couple of minutes to get someone’s attention even though I clicked in the webpage that I was there, and there were people standing around. It was person making the burgers that finally asked my name. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes to get fries to go w/ my burger. I told them the burger had been sitting there for 10+ minutes and would like a new one, but the staff looked at me like they didn’t understand what I was saying.

The employees here are very polite and efficient. This Five Guys is very clean. I ordered the little bacon cheeseburger, little fries and a drink. The fries are amazing!! If you are not hungry enough to get a meal, order the fries… And don’t forget to bring a few dollars and tip these hard working friendly employees!!

We have been ordering here for years and it always has been a question of “how good will it be” when we get the order. Recently we ordered 2 little cheese burgers. One had some meat, the other was just bread with a small bite of meat – not even enough to cover 1/4 of the bread. Wanting a 5 guys burger tonight, I called and asked for the manager, which was who answered. I spent 2 minutes and 40 second trying to tell him of our experience, giving him our order history and asking for his assistance to ensure it was not going to happen again. It was at that moment, when he said… so, you are not happy with the burger?… that I realized that he just didn’t care, which I told him that as I hung up.
So many of the 5 guys franchises are incredible. It is a shame that this one sucks!

Getting hamburgers here is a rare treat. My husband and I usually get the small (one patty) burgers with all the fixings plus Cajun fries plus peanuts. The flavors are tasty and never under or overcooked. And when we order 1 small cajun fries, we get the extra fries (that comes with the service), and that’s enough for us both. and for some odd reason our weight goes down the next day, maybe because we’re so full we don’t snack afterwards…definitely a welcomed and unexpected outcome. We also love the free peanuts!

Another solid Five Guys location. It’s conveniently located in Reston’s Plaza America and (ironically) placed right next door to a Gold’s Gym.
The same fresh, quality burgers, hotdogs and plentiful french-cut french that you would expect from the franchise. It’s quite clean and the service is friendly and fast. If you like Five Guys, this location surely won’t disappoint.

The least favorite Five Guys location. Burger were lower quality, not much but still noticeable. On top of that, No milkshake on the menu. Staff were attentive but not as friendly as other location I have visited.
