The guy at the cash register on Tuesday January 20th at 2:30 pm (I think his name was Michael) was SOOO nice to everyone. We loved his energy even when he wasn’t taking our order. A nice older gentleman came in and dropped his cane and Michael ran out to help him grab it. And i’m sure this is policy but every time people were heading to the door to come in he called it out to his workers. He really goes above and beyond!! The food and sweet tea was also great! We will be coming back to this location!

Food was delicious, litterally mouthwatering, but I asked for 5 chicken fingers and they gave me 3. They also charged me for 5. I understand they were busy but I’m kinda pissed because I’m 14 and I have basically no money :/

Old reliable right here. Love their late hours (midnight I think). Also they are usually pretty quick. Everything here is good except the cole slaw and fries are a bit suspect. If they used arbys curly fries or really anything besides the pale crinkle cuts that I usually see, this place would be elite. Also I wish they had other options besides the cane sauce. It’s also a bit on the pricier side but I think it is usually worth it. Good lemonade too! And I like the toast.

Great food, good atmosphere, cleanliness and employee friendliness could be a smidge better. Greta experience overall.

First, I want to say that the staff is excellent & always nice!
The first time we went we got the wrong order given to us. The second time they forgot our sauces (you pay for each one).
The last 2 times we have gone they have been spot on!
The food is always good, though I wish that the bread was grilled the way it looks in the advertisements. But, the chicken & sauce & fries are all great. Not a fan of the coleslaw so we just get double fries (& stop at Popeyes & get Mac & Cheese). But, I always see staff cleaning up & keeping it looking nice & it always is a good experience. The staff is nice & friendly & even when they have messed up in the beginning they were very nice! We love going to Cane’s every week & everyone has always been fantastic. Great staff & good food! It is pricey, but it is good.

Honestly, this place is simple and correct. The staff was friendly and efficient while still having fun being young and human: Non intrusive, appropriate side conversations. The music was an excellent mix of new and not quite so new and fit the mixed up vibe of the decor. The menu is tiny, which is a good thing. The price was very reasonable. I had a combo box. The chicken fingers were legit the best fast food chicken I think I’ve ever had. The fries were simple and good. Even the Texas toast was done just right. I’m sure people talk about the sauce, but the chicken and the breading were by far the star. It’s a great place to take the family, hit the drive through, or stop after an event. It won’t break the bank and the quality is several steps above whatever other chicken place you’re thinking about. It is no surprise this chain is growing so fast.

This was my first time visiting Raising Canes as I was visiting from out of time. There is a lot of hype that goes along with this place. The staff is friendly and greets you as soon as you walk in the door. I ordered the chicken finger meal that comes with fries, garlic bread, Cole slaw and the signature sauce. The food was delicious but I just wish the fingers were a little bigger for the price. Although the Cole slaw and bread is delicious, I sacrifice them for bigger fingers. If you are hungry, definitely get the 6 piece meal. My only negative aspect of the visit was the fact that after 1/2 they never called out my order. I had to walk to the counter and nobody knew why my food was never called. The cashier called to the back and my food was out in a few minutes. I’d definitely go back, the food is to good not to!!

The chicken tenders are so tender, juicy, and huge. The breading is light and delicious. The canes sauce is so good I dip my fries in it too. The coleslaw is amazing, and the garlic bread is incredible. I’ve been here about 15 times and I was never disappointed. You get a lot for your money as well.

I’ve been enjoying the new chicken places coming to Pittsburgh lately. First Layne’s and Popeyes, now Raising Cane’s. Growing up we only had KFC and Chick-fil-A, so it’s been expanding a lot recently.
Like most new restaurants it has a modern look and feel, but thankfully takes after Layne’s and Popeyes with a colorful and eye catching interior, and not McDonalds which is entirely gray and lifeless. Disco balls, stool seats, and framed pictures adorn the seating area. Even Pittsburgh magnets and items at the drink station to give it some local flair and not feel too cookie cutter.
The food was a similar offering to Layne’s: 4 chicken strips, fries, garlic toast, a small side of coleslaw, and lemonade. The chicken came in a standard coating with Canes sauce, pretty good since I normally go for ketchup or bbq. Everything was pretty good! My only complaint is that I would have preferred the fries and toast to be crispier, especially since the toast was so thick it was too close to bread without much crunch at all. Perhaps a bit more of a garlicky coating brushed on to make it a true Texas toast/garlic bread.

This place was great! Food came out fresh and great quality. The coleslaw is really good, some of the best I’ve had. The sauce definitely makes the meal and the bread is a nice added touch. The building is a nice addition and the drive through line is massive. We went early on Saturday and no one was in line at the time. They also have great hours as well. All around good experience!
