The lunch experience is so enjoyable, I’ve been back 5 times in a month! Adding some more photos, for what it’s worth.

My first time dining here, although this restaurant has been in Tucson many years. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The restaurant seemed exceptionally clean and well maintained. I ordered the Hunan Chicken which was fresh & tasty, the accompanying hot and sour soup quite hot (temperature-wise) and tasted homemade. The lunch price was $11.99, reasonable for these times. Worthy of a return visit.

I absolutely love this place! The vegan and vegetarian options are endless. I tried the Mu Shu Veggie Pork and it was crazy I thought it might have been real pork. I definitely do not like pork on my fork for obvious reasons but the texture and flavor is amazing! Love this place! The drumsticks are the best in town besides yardhouse veggie wings.

I have seen this place off Broadway and drove by it often. Had lunch today with a couple of my coworkers. It was a nice atmosphere, clean and welcoming environment. The service was prompt and the food was delicious. I had the sweet n sour chicken, fried rice, egg drop soup and their veggie egg roll. I will definitely be back to try other dishes!

A lot of vegan options. Service was fast however one staff member was kind of rude and bothered by me asking about the vegan options. The food was ok but I don’t think I would not go out of my way to eat there.

We were trying to find a great restaurant near us and stumbled upon this place! Great vegetarian/vegan section, they don’t use a bunch of oils, and it was delicious! The people who worked there were polite and we didn’t have to wait long for our food. We will be back for sure!

It’s not easy to find an eat-in restaurant still but we found Guilin in the central Broadway and Swan area. Be warned that parking is challenging.
As we entered, the smell of food was enticing. We decided on the house special fried rice, Sesame Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and the Chefs Special Boneless Duck. I was shocked on how fast all of this food came out of the kitchen… it could not have been more than ten minutes. It was certainly stove hot.
The fried rice was a wealth of chicken, BBQ pork, and large shrimp blended with generous amounts of fried egg and veggies. The flavor was delectable.
Our Mongolian Beef had the tenderest beef we have ever had. The veggies were numerous and crisp, but the sauce was a bit more molasses than to our taste.
The Sesame Chicken was my favorite. It was served on a bed of sliced cabbage that was sweet and crisp. The chicken was fried to just the right consistency and flavor. The sauce danced on my tongue. Sooo good!
The Boneless Duck was what brought us here. It was served in a brown sauce with large mushrooms, water chestnuts and a crowd of other veggies. The duck was sweet and tender, but there was not much of it. I did enjoy the mix of veggies though.
The staff was attentive and warm. All this feast was very reasonable, less than $75 for two with lots of take-home.
I certainly want to come back to Guilin to sample more of their vast menu items. Stay tuned…

I came in on Christmas. The place was packed. Door dashers waiting. Parking lot full. I ordered to go. The staff was impeccable. I got delicious food in a very reasonable time. I love this place.

$20 for a Mongolian combo plate with 3 meat (shrimp, beef, and chicken), which they mean 3 pieces of shrimp, a few chicken pieces and a couple of beef pieces. Small plate, not enough rice— i will NOT be eating here again. It was OK food, tbh nothing AMAZING or “healthy” about it. WAY too pricey for the portions and taste of the meal.
