I really dislike this location. Every time I come here, they’ve either closed early without notice or messed up my order. Today was the final straw. I was the only person in the lobby and was completely ignored by the cashier, who focused solely on drive-through customers. Even the kitchen staff pointed out that someone was waiting in the lobby, but nothing changed. The cashier continued to ignore me, so I eventually walked out. Judging by the lack of concern, I doubt anyone noticed or cared.

Had great catfish filets and okra. Service was very good and employees were dressed very nice with interpersonal skills. The entire restaurant was clean as well as the cooking area. Very nice! It’s obvious someone is making a change here and it shows.

Stopped by to get some lunch after the rush. We pulled up to the order menu and said we needed a minute when the girl asked to take our order, the first menu was almost completely blocked by shrubs. The girl waited a couple minutes before asking again what we wanted but we needed a little more time because we couldn’t find something on the menu. We tried asking about the item we were looking for but she wasn’t responding even though we could hear that the intercom was on. We wound up having to leave because we had a limited amount of time to get lunch before going back to work.

I ordered the 25 piece family meal with two family sides and rolls. The chicken was great, but my rolls were just shoved into a bag and smashed. What was supposed to be a large mashed potatoes and large gravy was three small containers of potatoes with a teaspoon of gravy on top. When I called, the manager said that he would get us the gravy that we should have already gotten, but I would have to go back and get it. Why should I have to waist my time because someone else didn’t do their job, not to mention everything else would be cold by then? So much for taking the night off and letting someone else do the cooking. Completely ruined my evening.

I usually really enjoy Chicken Express, but I won’t be back to this one. A few months ago my wife and I ordered a 7 piece tender meal to share, when we got home it only had 5 tenders in it. We also asked for seasoning salt and they were out. Relatively small issues, not too big of a problem and not really worth messing with. Today I ordered a 4 piece tender meal and asked for seasoning salt and ketchup with it. When I got to the window I was told that the condiments are in the box. I get to my office and open the box, it only has 3 tenders and no condiments in the box. I also ended up being short on change, the cashier handed me a wad of cash with change and receipt wrapped up in it and they had a long line, so I just set it on my console and drove away instead of counting it, when I was putting everything away I discovered that I was $0.18 short. Not huge, but combined with being shorted on chicken it is a little irritating.
Decided to give it another shot today because it was a convenient location, failed again. Ordered macaroni & cheese, got mashed potatoes. Should have checked before I left, especially considering history with this location, but there was a long line behind me…

I don’t go to chicken express often but when I do, this location has always been great. Just left the drive thru a few minutes ago and finished some food- chicken and fish fillets. The person taking orders at drive thru was very patient when I didn’t know what I wanted just yet. Then the person that handed me my food was also very nice. This was about 5:30 on 6/13. Chicken and fish were cooked perfectly, crispy outside and moist inside. Fries also perfectly crispy. Everything tasted fresh. Highly recommend if you like Chicken express.

I just want to give a shout out to their staff that assisted me with a large online order today. Due to a technical issue at no fault of their own, we were able to get the large order completed and on time! They were extremely professional and sincere in handling it and would be more than happy to have them assist me with a future large order!
