This was the worst burrito bowl I’ve EVER HAD. I got the Barbacoa bowl and the only Barbacoa I got was Barbacoa fat. Disgusting. And the race was completely concealed as if they put way too much water in with the rice. Guess I won’t be back…. so unfortunate.

The female employee was so kind. I felt so bad for them. All the reviews saying staffing was bad, that is incorrect. They were respectful and kind. As a retail worker as well, I understand it can take time. Please be patient with them and respect others the way you want to be respected.

I took my previous review back. I tried to give them a little more time to get it together being that this is a new location. First let’s just start with the cooks. They were having an inappropriate conversation on why they date certain types of women/girls which I was highly offended because why are you talking about those things at work in the open. Secondly they can not ever keep up with the demand of product for service. They are always and I do mean always out of things if it’s not at least a 20-30 minute wait for items. Third the lines are always long and they move with no since of urgency at all. Not all the employees are like this but my daughter was so excited to have a location near us but she would rather go to the gastonia location now. It has become habit that when we go here the first thing she ask them to do is to go ahead and tell her what they are out of so she’s not disappointed. I’ve watch it ruin her entire mood everytime. Please get more training for your staff Chipotle.

I’ve been to plenty of chipotle’s and have never had this experience. A few weeks ago it took over an hour to get my food through the pick up line, I thought maybe it’s cause its a new location. I went back the next week and had no problem then this week I am again waiting for over 30 minutes (and counting) past the time the order should be ready to get my food. This is my first ever review of any kind… Chipotle needs to get this fixed.

The nice new interior is probably the best I have to say. I’ve only had Chipotle one other time years ago and it made me sick, so I figured I’d give it another chance.
Ordering was smooth enough. However, when it was my turn, they were basically out of steak. The lady helping me turned to the dude making a new batch, and he looked at both of us like he couldn’t be bothered. Then he took a phone call and walked away. She had to ask someone else to get some steak from the driver thru station and there was very little there too.
The burrito itself was subpar. I expected a lot more from a $16 burrito. So after two visits, I can safely say that there will not be a third.

Beautiful location, but the staff over the past two visits has been very rude when I am getting my order. Lately, the kitchen staff feel behind on black beans and grilled veggies long before I came in and had no sense of urgency to refill. When I said I would wait for the refill to complete my order, the gentleman said “it’s gonna be like 10 minutes” in a tone of “can you just leave.”
Corporate needs to do a quality assurance check as the food is not to standard (overly salted) and the staff needs additional training. This location is miles behind the Whitehall Drive location.

Have been here twice. It takes quite a while to get your food. First time went inside and the wait was ~25 min for only 5 people in front of me. 2nd time tried pickup. Pickup time was 12:40. Didn’t get the food till 1pm. There was over 10 people in the standard order line inside. They finished all of those plus additional people that came inside before I received my food. To top it all off the chips were beyond stale when we ate.

I don’t even know where to start. Don’t waste your time going to this unprofessional place. Customer service is terrible. Employees have an attitude as soon as you walk through the door. They give you little to nothing in your bowl . The area where they fix your bowl or whatever you ordering is nasty. I got to the register and just said forget about it. I travel to Gastonia to get my food. The tall blonde dude very poor customer service he was just throwing everything in the bowl and I asked him was he okay he got attitude with me and my daughter. The rest is history. He will not disrespect his elders anymore

Lots of bad reviews but that wasn’t my experience at all. Staff were very friendly. Food was an appropriate portion, the meat was weighed for every single person. The food was very spicy compared to what I’m used to at chipotle so just keep that in mind.
