Sign on the drive thru stated their headsets weren’t working and to drive up to the window to place your order. Pulled up & no one was visible at the counter, after minutes I tapped on the window and an employee walked in the door across from the drive thru window. 2 minutes later same person walked over to the window to take my order and I specifically asked for no cheese on the breakfast sandwich – just sausage and egg. Received my bank card and receipt, then the drink and a minute later the bag with my sandwich and then I left. Down the road I finally went to eat my sandwich and realized it had no egg, just sausage and cheese. I looked at the receipt and it had 1 – egg on the receipt. Was too far away to turn around and return it and voice my issue. Theres a reason why fast food jobs are considered entry level and pay minimum wage, this is why. Can’t even get an order correct when told face to face.

Went through the drive through and my order receipt was blank and the woman working gave me the completely wrong food didn’t bother going in with a blank receipt, went back a week later and a man got my order correct won’t be returning.

Completely inedible. Food was heated in a microwave. I threw my entire breakfast in the trash. The biscuit was very dry. The bacon tasted like it had gone off. Cheese wasn’t melted. Waste of money. I thought it was a restaurant. Should actually cook food if it’s a restaurant.

We order 2 meals the SpongeBob Meal and a Normal number 1 whopper meal the burger’s were cold and the whopper had like a whole head of lettuce ends on it.. was horrible called to say we wanted to be reimbursed or get the same meal but done correctly, they daid okay and wrote our name down. Went back they were complaining because we called and said everything was cold, etc. So instead of giving us the meals we already had they gave us 2 king Jr whopper meals with nasty watered down dr.pepper and gave us horrible onion rings which we didnt ask for. NEVER WILL GO BACK!!!!!!

Looks like they were busy but the attitude was uncalled for. Ordered food at 3pm for 3:35 pm in-dine service. We got there at 3:28 and they didn’t even start on the order and we had to wait another 30 minutes to get our food. Just go to Arby’s next door.

Although my sandwich was made wrong the manager, Jade, was very polite in helping me fix my issue. Team seemed to work well together smiling and having a good time while quickly taking care of business!

I ordered my meal and got the wrong sandwich twice then brought it up the 2nd time and got a lot of attitude about it when it was there mistake and the cook didn’t want to fix it very slow take no pride in there work here no tables were cleaned I had to clean mine with a napkin very unsatisfied not my first time having trouble here I’ve had a lot of trouble with very grouchy employees here before it’s gotton to the point where I don’t want to eat here anymore

Whether I order at the counter through the drive-thru or through the app. Something is always wrong or missing, I don’t know how many times I’ve gone back for my second Patty in my double bacon cheeseburger… Today was not much more surprising bacon missing from the bacon King and the bacon and Swiss chkn, short four mozzarella fries, soggy onion rings, tomatoes were thin and soggy, and shreds for lettuce on all sandwiches. Customer service is always been nice fixing the issues, but I’m tired of getting the wrong or missing stuff from my order every time glad I used coupons and stuff of the order cuz they should call this place leftover king

Employees were very nice and no wait for fresh hot food. they cooked my order when I placed it and they even brewed fresh coffee for my order. Thank you for fresh hot food with no wait.
