I got the steak quesadilla tonight which has no lettuce to begin with so I didn’t think I had to worry about it since I really don’t like lettuce. However I was honestly surprised of the amount of lettuce it had in it… I’d understand maybe a piece of lettuce fell in there accidentally, but there was atleast 5 pieces in it and it doesn’t even have lettuce on the menu. Couldn’t even finish my meal because I was worried what else I would find. I’ll definitely be going to a different location next time.

I was regular of this taco bell, coming in a couple times a week. I came in today and my usual order was 50% more expensive than it was just a few months ago. It’s not really not worth the money anymore. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

Well I ordered a chalupa meal asked for a soft taco bc I can barely eat anything crunchy… When I got my good the Chalupa was hard as heck I couldn’t even eat it and the taco was crunchy… This is NOT the first time my orders have been messed up I figured to give them a chance NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Carnitas chicken burrito that is what my husband ordered for me he stopped off on his way home from work…..How dare y’all put this sad excuse of a burritos too us he also ordered a crunchy taco……..These look like cheese wraps for a kids meal……like the burrito is three times the size of this I know I’ve been ordering it since they put on the menu…….do better.

It was horrible, I was of course starving because I hadn’t eaten all day and been out doing Uber eats so I order the chalupa meal and the beef was cold in the taco and the chicken was cold in the chalupas and the chalupas shells were so hard and dry and disgusting like they been sitting there all day. So I wasted my my money on one of the most expensive meals and ended up with garbage instead. 1st and last time I’ll be going to the taco Bell on West lane.

Employees are nice but they’re very sloppy, careless, and forgetful. Items are just thrown together. Clumps of meat on one side clumps of cheese on the other. Even found a French frie in my soft shell taco. The wrappers were barely even covering the tacos when I opened my bag. They also didn’t even fry my chalupa shell. They need a lot of work here, or maybe just people who care.

after talking the trasetier of chashire known as brodty we took are family (in the bus) over to this fine establishment. no complaints except for the fact the hallways are to small to fit the anyone througjh needed the bathroom got stuck on the way there
