We have been to this Popeyes twice in the last month. The first time it took about 30 minutes to get our food we ordered two boxes of chicken. Turns out they had a big order of 150. I happen to get there when they were picking up this large order. My mom and friend were waiting in the car the whole time while I was waiting inside to get it to go. I understand they had a big order but my mom had just come from dialysis and was exhausted. We tried it again about 2 weeks later. The three of us, I ordered the 3- 2 piece boxes of chicken, after 15 minutes of waiting I walked up to ask if they forgot my order, they just started working on it. They told me they had a big order and they would bring it to our table. I was so disappointed when I received my chicken thigh, it was very small maybe two bites it looked like. I took it back up to the counter and asked if I could please give it back for a real thigh. She grudgingly gave me one! I offered to give back the other one. It was never eaten off of. She said no so I kept it. I ended up eating all three pieces to get full. The cashier was very friendly! They welcome us when we first walked in! The restaurant was clean but we did have to wipe the crumbs of our table, but we could have sat somewhere else. The restroom was clean as well. I will try them again. Hopefully no big orders next time!

I’ve been coming here regularly for about 5 months. Consistently good, fresh chicken and biscuits. Today Feb 22 2026, I went to the competition was dissatisfied and had to come here to get my chicken fix. Thank you Popeyes Enterprise for the good food and service.

Not a good experience at this location. I should have read some of the reviews prior to visiting this location. The quality and timeliness of receiving our food was the most reverent to this review. So, there were no customers in the drive thru at the time of our visit yesterday afternoon. We purchased a 2 piece combo and a Chicken Sandwich meal. In regards to the service, we placed our order, paid, and received our beverages at the window, we were at the window for about 6 minutes were told to pull ahead that they would being the food out, even though no one was in the drive thru.
Ok, we received our food a few minutes later and started to leave the area, so we checked the order on the road (should have checked it prior to leaving) and besides not having Napkins in the bag didn’t have the spork for the mashed potatoes. Now on to the quality of food; so not sure why we waited for our food, as everything was room temperature at minimum, the biscuit was barely edible, The chicken was dry, as if it was under the heat lamp for longer than it should have been. As for the customer service at the location, (there was none) not even a welcome to popeyes? Anyway this visit was less than a one star and I will not be returning to this location or any other for a while.

(1/4/2026) I would post 0 stars if I could. We went through the drive through and the guy kept having to repeat and correct our order. (should’ve been the first sign not to order here) When we got home, we noticed the chicken was very stale and old as if it had been cooked hours before and left in a warmer, we were missing sauces, and one of the meals we paid for was completely missing. I wanted to voice my concerns in hopes for a refund by calling them, but as always like the places around here, either no one answers the phone, or it’s not connected.

When you pull up to the drive-thru window they WILL say “Please wait.” Without fail. Every time. They are never ready to take the next order till the car ahead of you has their food.
I just got my food and while it is tasty, I got maybe 20 fries? It wasn’t even half full. They totally shorted me on the fries. This has happened more than five times — where I’ve been disappointed in the very small portions. Popeyes is anything but cheap. Last thing I need is smaller portions and higher prices.
I used to eat here daily. Many of the employees know me by name, so it’s a little awkward writing this review. But they are consistently slow and I was willing to look past that because I love the food. Lately it feels like even that is suffering.
I’m probably on of their most loyal customers… and they lost me. I will not be going back, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. It brings me no joy to say that.

Ordered through doordash about an hour and half ago.. still waiting on them to get the order together. At this point they are about to close, and one Dasher told me she was being ignored and even cussed at. A new Dasher took her spot and said that my order was given to somebody else. I try calling to see what is going on and the phones don’t even ring. Almost as if they unplugged the phones. Absolutely horrendous experience.

Love the food, but the environment is freezing cold on my last 3 visits, employees will tell the customers that they have no control of the thermostat, I witnessed everyone run to grab a jacket. This was never a problem until over a month ago. I had to stand here for over 30minutes in this freezer very anti consumer and seems to be done on purpose to avoid cleaning the dining area, just went ahead and cancelled the order.

Too many young people work here. Three to Four males were in the back hurled together watching videos . There pants were below there bottom and the use of their communication with profanity was very unprofessional. The macaroni and cheese was overcooked and the chicken was undercooked. I was not given any napkins or asked if I needed any sauces . Very poor customer service

I’m not a fan of getting people in trouble, but the lack of wearing gloves is nasty – especially when employees are burning their hands, putting a napkin on it and carrying on. I am willing to drive to a further location after seeing this.
Oh and I called the shift manager. She seemed to not care. Kudos to the lack of customer service I guess!
