Visiting with some friends. My friend and their child ordered before me their order was considerably smaller than mine but yet my order came and four other people who ordered after my friend receive their food. When I requested to speak to a manager what was going on they told me it was just the order in which the food came up the only problem is I have worked fast food and I know that’s not how it works they wait on who they want when they want supposed to not carrying personal vendettas

Servers should not be allowed to have long nails. Even if it’s just the register, they still handle food. Took forever to get the order right. Person in front of me needed cream and got sugar.

I decided to order a few of the steak bagels for my travels. They are fairly easy to get into the parking lot is fairly rough though. I was able to place my order in a reasonable amount of time. They have two drive through speakers, so this helps a lot. The food was excellent and I would definitely ordered from here again!

I got an iced caramel coffee and it was watered down & there wasn’t much caramel flavor. i had a doughnut too, but luckily that was actually decent. I’m willing to give them another chance on the coffee though.

This is the only place I ever ate at where the staff member didn’t know how to run my debit card, and who ever was suppose to been training them didn’t care about losing the business, I had to go to another place to eat that day, other than that I still give them a solid four out of five and ate their a few more times, good place for the young people to learn how to make a burger and fry.

Often times I have went through the drive thru of this location and my orders been messed up. Which is okay every now and then, you know? But every time I have been there lately something has been missing. Whether it be sauce, chicken nuggets, all the way up to quarter pounders. It’s normally a quick and easy fix; however, when you are in a time crunch and just wanna stop and get food quickly, it becomes quite the hassle to check the bag as I’m leaving every single time. The employees are nice but I have witnessed a lot of absurd behavior from management whether that be towards employees or customers. I am uncertain if these managers are still currently employed at this McDonalds, but I would look into ways to train your management team to be more polite to both the people working for them and the customers. There is always room for improvement.
