Customer service was decent during this visit, and I was greeted when I walked in, which was a nice change.

That said, the lobby could use a good sweep, and my order was not ready when promised. I ended up waiting about 15 extra minutes. This has been a recurring issue in my experience with Little Caesars locations, and it continues to be frustrating.

There’s plenty of parking available, which is convenient. Overall, some improvement in service here, but order timing and cleanliness still need work.

I actually love Little Caesars. I eat there about once a month and I would eat there more but I like variety. I visit different places every day and I like to eat places that I’ve never been to before. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and the Pizza is always hot! It’s also very good. I can usually get a pizza within 5 minutes and I’m out the door. And $10 bucks for lunch these days is cheap plus you can feed thee people off one pizza.

I called to pick up a large pizza half Supreme and half Pepperoni, I asked for old world Pepperoni and was told there isn’t an option for old world on only half the pizza. So, I said just make it double pepperoni on half the pizza since they can’t do old world. She said Ok but that’s going to be extra. I said, “Ok that’s fine since it was roughly 7 bucks anyways.” When I got there, I looked at the pizza after paying for it and realized they made a full pepperoni pizza with what seemed to be the regular amount of pepperoni. I told them it was supposed to be half supreme and half double pepperoni, and the cashier argued with me and said no you said double pepperoni on the phone. I didn’t want to argue, and I clarified what I had ordered over the phone, and I said thank you and left.

It stands to reason if I only wanted a pepperoni pizza I would have ordered the old-world pepperoni pizza, and it would have been cheaper, instead I was charged about 5 dollars extra for double pepperoni and it seemed like the regular amount of pepperoni. I was very disappointed in the service and unprofessional behavior from both the female cashier and male who then snickered when I told them what I had ordered over the phone. I was made out to be the bad guy when it was them who got the order wrong.

Little Caesars needs to do better. I’m not someone to put reviews but this was just ridiculous. I waited over an hour for an online order just for my food to be luke warm and the cheesy bread not even cooked. So raw the dough still stretched apart. Half our pizza is raw. Like I just don’t get it. I work in fast food so I understand it being busy and overwhelming but you don’t serve your customers raw food. Also the employee in there was extremely rude, yelling to the customers in lobby it’s going to be a 45 min wait not even asking if we’re picking up or placing an order.

Terrible service! Our pizza was ready for over 45 minutes and we weren’t able to get it! The staff were rude. There was one girl who was yelling at everyone left and right. Being extremely rude. They had the doors locked with no explanation. And the lady who was yelling even yelled at possibly a staff member who was trying to help everyone in that was let in the store. She was being hostile to every customer and rude. Will never come to this location again. They were refusing to even answer the phone. We had half a mind to demand our money back for this. The pizza even looks like it was thrown together and it wasn’t even cut! Do not come here!

I never expect much going to little Caesars, but man this was bad, I stood their for about 5 minutes while employees clearly ignored me and another patron. Finally an employee walks up after a personal call and says “what do you want?” Needless to say probably the worst establishment ive ever been in.

Ordered online only to wait 45 minutes in the drive through while the guy working tried to get a date with a girl in the lobby. Had to reach in and get the pizza myself. He sat it down and walked away.

This is second time we ordered extra most bestest and got the worstest. First time we just accepted it. This time I called and no one answered so we called the support service to complain. They offered 25% refund on the order. Probably will not order from this store anymore. At least the delivery driver was excellent !

Despite having my order read back to me two times, they still have me only rung up and got me a cheese pizza, when I ordered a sausage pizza and cheese bread. I have tried to call the store multiple times, I’m either left on hold or talk to AI or an outsource call center that has no direct relationship with the store.
