We had the BEST service here, we love around the corner and this establishment is so DIFFERENT from the former owners, who didn’t care about the place at all, and the food was not good and they were very skimpy. The new place has the sweetest workers, who make the best sandwiches we have had here in YEARS. I’m sorry but I forgot her name, but she’s a beautiful Latina and her name starts with a “G” . This subway is absolutely one of the worst. They just don’t care about customers. They are always out of something, for example I just went in to get a $3 dipper, and nope they don’t have any. Also they do not take Subway coupons. I get Subway coupons in the mail weekly yet they won’t accept them. It’s ridiculous. Avoid this Subway, even if you crave subway. You’ll be disappointed.

My waitress was very unfriendly. When I walked in (I was the only customer) no one greeted me so I said hello ladies and informed them that I had a coupon for a foot long sandwich. I asked for a steak and cheese with bacon and was told that the bacon would cost extra. I agreed. When the sandwich was ready and one of the waitresses started to wrap it up, i realized that she had not added the bacon. I reminded her. She looked annoyed but did it. At the cash register she quoted the regular price. I reminded her that I had a coupon and she claimed that I had not told her that in the beginning . Of course I protested but the whole experience was unpleasant. I will not go back.

Secondly, the prices that are on display at their location are supposedly inaccurate. Update the prices then! Rung me up for a chicken sandwich that costed more and didn’t change it. Didn’t want to start an argument so I accepted the payment and left after mentioning the incorrect charge.
Third, all their vegetables look wilted and old. Every single time I go, the veggies never look appetizing or fresh at all.
Do not order from this Subway. Any other Subway is better than this one. The people here don’t care about quality whatsoever.

I went here after work to grab me a sub for the ride home. After making it she said would you like to add chips and a drink?. I said yes because I had a coupon for a meal. She said that they don’t honor subway coupons??? I said but it’s a valid coupon. She said that they don’t take coupons. I politely told her that I didn’t want the order then. This is the first time I’ve ever heard of a store not honoring their own coupons. I’ll never go there again..

Recently me and my wife tried sub at this place. We noticed that the cabbage was reddish and black seemed like going bad. We still took the sandwich home after the servers there said that this is what they see everyday from early morning truck and its not bad. Seems like we had issues next day a bit vomiting. I don’t want to escalate this but there should be a strict quality check imposed here.

Rather mean with me being there even if I was the only person seated in the restaurant. Closed door before I could use bathroom than when I did get a sandwich told me I had 5 mins to eat it. Wouldn’t recommend I know the staff is new maybe least the girl cleaning the floor but her behavior and the women who was managing was the rudest most inconsiderate I’ve experienced.

For those of you who haven’t been in a while, they don’t just serve subs. They also have pizza’s made to order (the items are what the have on stock for subs), but they do have pepperoni.
