Literally very disappointed especially with the manager who was working on 1/03/2026 at 9:22pm. I was talking with her on the phone letting her know the issue with my order and she literally just hung up. Who does that? I was not even trying to get a refund or anything just wanted to let her know that my chicken was literally raw or not cook well. I ordered a spicy sandwich. I couldn’t even bite through the sandwich! That chicken was not cooked at all. Very disappointed especially with the manager who didn’t even care and on top of that she had an attitude! Won’t be coming here no more!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE from this place. Every single time I have, they’ve gotten the order wrong. I order any combo, i get no sides. Parts to half of the order is always gone. If I order a combo the side is gone; if I order a combo with an extra side on top, both sides will be gone or only one will be in the bag. Multiple orders of just wasted money. The people doing the online orders will not read it at all aside from the top line telling them what burger to put in the bag.

This Wendy’s has the best food compared to other Wendy’s around the area. The staff is very friendly, especially the nighttime staff. Sometimes it takes a bit longer than expected to get our food but it’s always much better tasting than the other local Wendy’s, so the wait is worth it!

I am a frequent customer, but today’s visit was exceptionally disappointing. The fries were noticeably old and lacked any freshness, while the sandwiches were barely warm and had the taste and texture of food that had been sitting out far too long. This was well below the standard I have come to expect here. I hope management addresses these quality concerns to ensure future visits reflect the level of service and freshness customers deserve.

This is a horribly managed, Wendy’s. I live near this location and frequent. You’re often every time I go they’re out of barbecue sauce tenders today. It was chilly potatoes, barbecue sauce, chicken tenders like what are you guys selling? Whoever does the inventory seriously needs help.

I have had several bad times, but today sealed the deal. We bought three baked potatoes for $4 each, they were small like $1.50 worth of potato with measly burnt bacon. I added some fresh bacon, sour cream and butter when I got home.The burger bread is falling apart because it’s stale and the burgers look like hockey puck’s dry with no mayo, no onion’s, a dab of ketchup. I tried to eat it be I don’t have money to waste. The tiny potato that I came home and doctored up. Very disappointed I have been trying to call to no avail. I get it time’s are hard, but it’s not ok to give people anything!

A few weeks ago my husband stopped by and pick me up the Maple bacon chicken sandwich for breakfast. I took on bite and spit it out because the chicken was old. Then I learned there mold on my bread. They gave my husband his money back with out question. They didn’t apologize and they didn’t notify any other employee so they could check the other orders. They just moved on. I will never go back. I also reached out to their Facebook page and no response.

Customer service was great. Ordered a chicken southwest avocado salad, chili and three Jr cheeseburger for my kids since we were in the area. They forgot two of the burgers but the employees fixed it. Thank you. Didn’t have to wait long for the food at all.
