This is the worse Wendy’s ever I always asked for fresh chicken sandwich’s or nuggets and they always just re fry it which makes it dry over cooks and nasty and due to my health (kidney transplant) I can’t eat it so again a waste of money. I should be able to get what I paid for

Drive thru staff was super friendly and extremely patient and professional even after I changed my order Twice they remained friendly and professional, I wish I could remember the young man’s so I can shout him by name… Wendy’s has been Hit and Miss lately, I travel a lot for work and I am on the road for months at a time… This was one of the Better Kept, and Better Run Wendy’s I been to in a little while, idk know if it’s a franchise or corporate store but I do know it’s worth stopping at this location if you’re a Fan of Wendy’s.. It’s Clean, Friendly, and Food is Hot, Fresh, and on point.

I ordered from this place not too long ago in the drive-thru. I ordered a medium meal and they said they didn’t have medium cups so they had to upgrade to a larger cup and I got charged for a large. The fries weren’t even full. Looked inside where the cups were and every cup holder was full so they did have medium. Not sure what kind of tactics this establishment plays but will not be going back.

This was garbage. We showed up an hour and a half before close and they were “out” of 3 different kinds of beverage, no frosty no chicken and they incorrectly made the only things we could order as well as being cold. Simple concept, but if you’re only gonna rule out all but 1 thing to eat you should at least serve it in an edible manner.

This is terrible. I ordered close to $58 dollars worth of food, and this is what I get. Also I don’t live in the area, so coming back would be an inconvenience as well. First off, I asked for a 50 piece spicy nugget. I got regular. I ordered 3 $5 meals. The meat was old, and it was one 4 piece short. I ordered a number 6 spicy chicken meal. Chicken was so old and dry, it should be against the law to serve that to anyone. Ordered a Dave double meal, meat is old. I also ordered a bacon double stack. Didn’t get that at all. I tried call to speak to a manager, no answer. It would be nice to be reimburse for everything. Then to top it off, they didn’t even give me my receipt. So how can I bring it back. If this message is received, and you would like to reimburse me for the terrible service and food given. You can kindly email me to let me know.

Every single time I go here the fries are cold and taste like they been sitting for a few hours never once did I ever get even warm fries from this place paying 12 dollars for a meal that has been sitting for the very least a few hours is crazy ….
