highly recommend for the stew! they have tofu, seafood and a bunch of options!
I ordered the Seafood Tofu Soup with Ramen and was smittened with the Oysters that were served in the soup. For me the oysters made the dish! They were mouth-wateringly tender, delicate and flavorful ::drooling:: I will in the future order the Oyster Tofu Soup. Yummm!!! The service was prompt and the food came out fast. Complimentary tea and banchan were a nice addition. After a satisfyingly delicious meal, the wait in traffic on the bridge didn’t seem so bad. 🙂
This used to be my favorite Korean spot for the past 6 years, but today was my last time here. We were a party of 11, and the quality has seriously declined since the ownership and name changed. The food was far from fresh. We ordered the seafood tofu soup, and the shrimp in it was dirty, black, and clearly not fresh. We brought this to the waiter’s attention. The noodle soup was no better — soggy and completely inedible, left untouched at the end. The beef was also burnt. We asked the waiter to speak with the owner about serving food in such poor condition, and she took the dish to the owner who was in the front. The owner didn’t even say a word or even offer an apology. As a business owner, you’d expect some level of accountability or at least acknowledgment, but there was none. If you’re looking for unfresh, dirty, soggy, and burnt food served with poor customer service from an owner who doesn’t care, this is the place to go. I will never come back here again.
Prices have risen quite a bit though, which is a bummer. Will stop by as an occasional treat!
