My husband and I stopped in yesterday after a friend recommended this spot earlier in the day. As soon as she told me about it, I knew we had to make the 40-minute drive and we’re so glad we did!
We ordered two Cuban sandwiches (which come with plantain chips), one beef empanada, one chicken empanada, and two iced Cuban lattes. We haven’t had Cuban food since a trip to Miami a couple of years ago, and this place did not disappoint!
There was a small hiccup with the lattes, they were accidentally forgotten until we went up to ask, but it wasn’t a big deal. The staff was kind about it, and once everything came out, it was totally worth the wait.
The sandwiches were huge, definitely generous portions. I ended up taking half of mine home. I got mine without pickles while my husband kept his as is, and let me tell you… the pickles really make a difference. Don’t skip them like I did!
Between the two empanadas, we both liked the beef one best, but the crust on both was amazing — crispy, golden, and not greasy at all.
We were hoping to try their guava and cheese pastry, but it had already sold out for the day. Definitely try to stop by earlier if you want to snag one of their pastries!
The setup is a bit quirky since it’s a shared space, but they’ve made it work really well — and honestly, the food alone makes the drive totally worth it. We’ll definitely be back!

This friendly Cuban Cafe is fantastic! I had missed the authentic Cuban flavors of Miami … it’s exactly what this town was missing! We tried many favorites & loved it all. We felt like family there.
The oven-baked savory beef or shredded chicken empanadas are amazing! The Guava & Cream Cheese Pastries are delicious! The Ham Croquettes too! The Cuban sandwich is terrific and a must! We also enjoyed trying the pork sandwich. Then to top it all off, a shot of delicious Cuban Coffee!
This is a great place for anytime of the day … from having coffee & treat for breakfast to afternoon lunch … even dinner takeout.
Loved the vibe and even had fun with others playing dominos. This is our new favorite hangout.

Long overdue little Hispanic spot with mouth watering, authentic food! It’s within the Card Universe which is also a great place to come hangout and play cards! The food is absolutely delicious. As a Latina from Miami, I have missed Cuban food and this is the perfect example of love put into food creating a tasty meal! The staff are just as sweet as their pastries and milkshakes! My husband and I will be back often! Thank you ladies!

I’ve been to Havana Bread Club a couple of times and consistently have had amazing food and super kind service. The empanadas are flavorful, crispy, and fresh. The coffee is so rich and perfectly sweetened. The sandwiches are amazing and the plantain chips served are just the right amount of sweet and salty. So glad to have this little gem nearby!

Fun atmosphere complete with game room, and individual game tables for you to come and play any game you’d like ! There a D&D club games on Wednesday . FOOD FANTASTIC ALL BAKED IN HOUSE! Lots of space just needs a few more dinning tables.

What a treat that this delightful Cuban option is available in the Inman/Boiling Springs area. I’ve tried the empanadas and the delicious Cuban sandwich. Both are a treat. Highly recommend if you’re interested in a local shop with a Cuban flair.

Had my first Cuban coffee today and let me tell you if this place was closer to me I would not be drinking Starbucks!!! This coffee is the best!!! They are also having gaming tournaments here soon and I gave a 4 for the pastry only because the spinach was not what I expected but overall, I’ll be back! The owner was super sweet and she spelled my name correctly
