This is a Sonic, so keep your expectations in check. The order is never quite right, as evidenced by a tomato slice that is sticking to Stall #16. Guess they decided to throw it there to memorialize the incorrect order. However, sometimes you need a corndog and Sonic is a reliable corndog. The folks are generally very nice at this Sonic, so leave the kids a few dollars even when they get the order wrong. Life is short.

I’m honestly tired of always leaving this Sonic with something to complain about. Every time I come here, there’s an issue which is really disappointing because the other Sonic that closed down at least showed empathy toward their customers.
At this location, the staff often seem annoyed when you ask for something or have a question. Today, I ordered a Powerade with EASY ICE!! through the app something very simple. When I picked it up, it felt unusually heavy, and when I looked inside, the cup was filled to the top with ice. This happens far too often.
It’s also frustrating when you order shakes and they don’t have whipped cream or certain ingredients, and no one lets you know until after you’ve paid. I understand if items run out, but good communication goes a long way.
For anyone ordering “easy ice,” just know you might want to select “no ice” instead because they don’t seem to pay attention to those details. It feels like the team isn’t even reading the tickets and just gives whatever they want.
I’m a paying customer and usually leave good reviews, but this experience was really disappointing. I don’t want to be that “complaining customer,” but this location could use better training and stricter quality checks to ensure customers get what they actually order. Please make improvements I’d love to see this Sonic do better.

I ordered 2 route 44 sweet peach teas, a small reeses peanut butter cup blast & a small cheeseburger. I received a soupy peanut butter cup blast, 1 unsweetened tea, 1 sweet peach tea & the cheeseburger. I asked for a refund because the blast was so soupy it was like water, the waitress was very nice & said they were having problems with the ice cream machine & I would get my money back but it’s been 2 days & no refund yet! Why would you even serve a sonic blast or any kind of ice cream item that was like water in the first place????

Received the wrong burger and paid way too much for what they gave me. Apparently to them this single patty burger in mustard is the triple dill smasher that they’re advertising online right now. Put in a request for a refund, but I doubt that’s going to go through. Don’t bother with this one.

Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. It took over 30 minutes to complete our order. 15 minutes to bring our food out and then half our order was missing. Had to ring them back and when they brought out the food again, it still wasn’t everything. My burger was completely incorrect (which I just ignored) but we were missing fries and tots in which the manager requested the car hop to go through our bags because he/she claimed they put it in there. We let them do it, but how ridiculous. Oh and we just tossed the burgers because the color was off and tasted awful. What a joke. Management needs training.
