Really good food and service and beer. The only reason I gave it four stars for atmosphere was the 1970s ’80s music played in the background. I realize your clientele during the winter is mostly senior citizens during the day but we don’t need to hear music from our high school years. Newer music would be nice. Otherwise five stars all the way around and will come back.

I have been here a few times and just went again Friday 02/13/26. You can tell that there is an actual chef putting effort into the menu and the food. I had their clam chowder which was on special and I can say it was the best I’ve ever had. My family is from back east so I feel like I can give a good opinion. You could tell it was scratch made, had a lot of clams which were very well cooked and not chewy, seasoned very well. Great drink selection and great service, I very much enjoy this place, keep it up.

I finally tried Dove Mountain Brewery yesterday for the first time even though I’ve lived right across the street for years! It’s a bit tucked away, which is probably why I never made it in sooner.
It was pretty quiet when I went in for a meeting, so we sat in the back. Service took a little longer than expected, but our server was very friendly and kind, which I appreciated.
The highlight for me was the fish and chips they were amazing! Honestly some of the best I’ve had in a long time.
Overall, I had a really nice experience and I’m already looking forward to going back. I’m glad I finally gave this place a try! ️

First time there. Food was okay. Service was good. Waitress was not really into it. Harassed her about the food. Did not see her again until she brought the check. One at the table had not eaten their sandwich. At least waitress caught that and took it off the bill. Bbq Pit Burger was acceptable but not an exceptional. Tater tots and fries were very tasty. Not sure this would be a regular stop even if we lived closer. Vomit on the ground right outside the door as we exited kind of told a story. Not sure if it was the food or too much alcohol. Maybe it was an off night for a Saturday.

At first, the food was pretty awesome but lately the last few months has really gone down in quality. It has a good bar atmosphere and outdoor seating makes you feel very comfortable. If the weather is right, you’ll want to sit outside. There are heaters and misters, depending on the temperatures.
Service has also been a little spotty, they either care a lot and are very attentive, or they seem very distracted, and the quality of service shows it

I’ve been coming to DMB since they opened with a bunch of taps and a few food items. The restaurant and brewery has come so far from those humble days! They have a ton of covered outdoor dining in addition to the 2 bars and inside tables. They added a huge area out back which has more of a beer garden feel, and is great for music. The menu is thoughtful with the traditional pub food you’d expect, a respectable fish n chips, plus great sandwiches and burgers, flatbreads, tacos and unique rotating specials. Several vegetarian options that can be veganized too. The food is consistent and good quality. They also have an excellent selection of beer on tap. The service is fantastic. I often drop in starving after some trail time and am greeted quickly. The food comes quickly, served by friendly staff. This is a place you can come sweaty on your bike or dressed up, and you will fit in and be treated like family. The location is great for west siders…there is nothing comparable nearby so it’s an easy choice. The only suggestion I have would be to carry a couple N/A beer options in the cooler for those of us who love beer but don’t always want the alcohol (they do have some N/A beverage options, just not beer). I’m so happy this establishment has made it through the tough years. It’s a gem in area that really needs it!

Hiking, check. Coffee, check. Beer and lunch, not checked. With that in mind, we dropped in on a sunny afternoon (isn’t that every afternoon in Arizona) to get some food and beers in us. Emily’s parents are the ones that suggest we all come here. You don’t need to twist our arms to get some good food and beers in our belly.
We decided to sit outside since it was still relatively cool out and a perfect day to sip beer in the sun. We all placed our beer orders and settled into chatting and sipping our beers. We all ordered something different and decided to try each other’s beers out to see if we liked them or not. My first choice was the Pueblo Vida Hef and it was delicious. My second choice was… well, I honestly don’t remember. After we all kept ordering and sampling and drinking on an empty stomach, things got a bit fuzzy.
Emily’s parents said the food here was really good. I am always in the mood for a big burger so that’s what I got. The BBQ Pub Burger was calling my name this day with a side of fries. Emily ordered the Crispy Asian Chicken salad. It took about 12 minutes for our food to come out (the ‘rents were full from breakfast so they stuck with beer). The waitress, who was very nice, said that the french fries were super popular there and that everyone loves them. I personally thought they were fine. Nothing mind-blowing but went well with the burger. The burger itself was the bomb. It was juicy, full of flavor, and left me needing to wash my hands and needing a cigarette afterwards.
For the first beer and first meal in Arizona, we were off to a delicious and tasty start.

We shifted gear as we’re not brewery people but the menu looked different at Dove Mountain Brewery so we ventured out. 7:35p we got right in the the place got tea, waters, Sour Beer (amazing) and ordered the Onion Ring Tower with Ranch & Prickly Pear BBQ Sauce (A little different) ordered the Taco Tuesday 4 for the price of 3. The Mahi Mahi was great, the beer battered Cod was delicious and the beef was very flavorful. The meal was the House famous Patty Melt on marble rye with Russian Dressing and beer glazed onions. or was it?
We ordered it well done which we would order it medium next time but their wasn’t hardly any dressing if there was it was applied with a toothpick, they completely forgot the beer glazed onions and when I pointed it out to the very sweet and understanding waitress Christain she took it to the kitchen and came back and said kitchen said sorry. No discount, comp or even a cup of dressing or onions. Kinda disappointing action from the kitchen.

Food and beer is good. Been here a few times. Food does not always come out as expected. Our last visit the appetizer came out with the meal. When I questioned the server, I was told “the kitchen just does what it wants.” So much for customer service.
