Business traveler visiting W. Falls on Monday, October 20, 2025. After a long day I ordered from GrubHub, and ordered the Hog Pizza. Pizza arrived overcooked, cold, and absolutely the worst pizza I’ve tasted in 60 plus years of life. Contacted the store and young lady was very rude, I want me ordering going forward when back in town. I always contact the location prior to placing a review, but since I received a rude and disrespectful young lady, I placed the review. I’m sure you offer better service and food, but tonight was a fail on all aspects!

I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza with extra mozzarella and extra jack. I ordered it online and put in the special notes that I like extra extra cheese. I also gave a four dollar tip. Well, I was very disappointed because I did not get extra cheese. They told me they weigh their cheese. I would have hate to seeing what my pizza would have looked like if I had not had extra cheese. It was barely tolerable for what I had. If you get pizza from this place, be sure to go inside the store to make sure you’re getting what you ordered. I won’t be returning. I love pyro’s pizza, too bad they don’t have that place in town.

As a Store Manager (Retail) myself, I was very disappointed in the staff at this location. 11/23 about 9pm, we ordered our pizza for dine in, but couldn’t find anywhere to sit…. All of the tables were covered in trash and food. My husband had to ask for cleaner to clean our own table. The staff were all playing on cell phones during our entire visit. One employee sit down to eat with her boyfriend.
Very upsetting. I hope whoever is in charge of this place, can regain control of this team…

The pizza is pretty good! Unfortunately, every time we order to go, they put the receipt directly under the pizza. Most of the ink has disappeared and I assume all the BPA has made its way onto the pizza, you can even taste that at times. Receipts should not touch the food. I’ve even put special requests to avoid this when I order and they still end up there.

I live out of town and stopped in for lunch. Ordered the Triple By Pass. Staff was friendly, selection of toppings was great, lots of dipping sauces, and the soda fountain has tons of options. Spacious seating areas, and from placing my order to pickup was less than five minutes. Pizza is delicious. I just wish RFP had a branch in DFW.

Not only was it my first time to visit rapid fire Pizza but it was also my first time to try the cauliflower crust and I’ve got to say, everything was delicious. I’m very impressed. I did not expect that texture from cauliflower, but I love it! It’s very nice to have a carb-free choice for pizza here in Wichita Falls and that was a delicious choice. The employees are all awesome as well. I’m really grateful that I came in. Thank you very much. Rapid fired Pizza!
