EDIT 2: I have also reached out to the other person asking for additional information, and still complete silence after a week. 4 emails to 2 different people at Hospitality Syracuse. At this point I truly believe it is just lip service with the “we care and will have someone follow up” talk.
EDIT: While it seems the owner Hospitality Syracuse responds to reviews, that’s it. I have contacted them twice at the email provided and have yet to hear a response from them or the manager as promised. Complete silence.
Found the most disgusting long hair in my food. It wasn’t even like a tiny hair, this thing was about 5” long. You can see it in the picture and it continues inside the food. I stopped pulling it out because I was about to throw up.
Also for some reason they get deliveries during lunch hours which is a huge inconvenience for everyone. The lobby gets full of people which cannot go through the drive thru since it gets shut down. This has happened multiple times.

I don’t stop somewhere without buying something, so I had an early lunch.
This was one of the best Taco Bells I’ve visited. The tall man working orders at the counter was very helpful and polite. My order came out quickly, was correctly made and actually looked almost as good as the advertisement photo! It was also quite tasty (think they were called dipping burritos?).
This Taco Bell and its staff are just sooooo much better than what I’m used to where I live, it’s amazing. I hope these guys get paid well by their franchisee because they work hard and take care of customers.

I ordered through DoorDash but the option for special requests was locked. I called the store and explained that one of the sodas I ordered was for someone who is asleep with a migraine and I wanted to stick it in the fridge for them and asked if they could make it so one of them didn’t have ice so it wouldn’t be watered down by the time they woke up. She was very understanding and polite about it

I travel 6-8 times a year and often doordash/grub hub tacp bell and rarely and i mean at least 2 years has my take out order arrived correctly. Today my order arrived quickly and absolutely perfect. Whoever had a hand in preparing, thank you!

I like this Taco Bell but the franchise owners need to remember this is Batavia like why are the prices always on the mid-higher side now? I miss when they set the prices low as they could at this location, now it’s never that unless it’s a corporate promo. Example: Luxe box is $6 at other locations but $8 here

This restaurant is great and helps their customers thoroughly. They made sure that they had my order correct. And made sure that when they forgot something, they corrected everything and I even got to keep the food that was incorrect.

Ive constantly had issues with this tacobell and today was my last straw. I ordered food through the app (4 tacos) at 4:45pm and didnt get it until an hour later I couldn’t even eat it because I ordered it for lunch at work. Dont even get me started on times ive gone drive thru and had to go back through be they constantly mess up the food.

This happened at Taco Bell Batavia drive thru at approximately 7pm on 10/19/25. I have never had a fast food experience that made me livid. This was exceptional. My wife, 3 kids and I had a really long day. We stopped by here for the simplest, smallest order. Food for our kids. Not even us. We get to the window, get the food and find we only have 1 order of fries. We ordered 3, we have 3 kids. No problem. “Hey, you forgot my other 2 fries, here’s my card”. “No sir, you have to go around again. I am too busy to get 2 fries for you”. Uh what? This was your mistake not mine. Guy offers me 2 free coupons for tacos. I’m like dude I just want the fries. What is genuinely the issue here? Slams the window in my face. Am I dreaming? He flat out refused to make it right. Ok, give me your name. He said no, I won’t. But it was on the receipt, Josh S. They have these fries in huge amounts made to go. Words can’t describe how horribly my family was treated, and I was pleasant the entire time. Did not raise my voice whatsoever. I know these guys don’t have it easy, but this was just inexcusable. I’ll never go to this Taco Bell ever again. My kids were so mature about it and shared the single order of fries. Too bad Josh couldn’t have the same maturity level my small children demonstrated.

Tonight we did a mobile order. We were sad to see the Diablo fries missing which isn’t a cheap item. We also got two make your own boxes. They put the wrong items in the labeled boxes. We customized our burritos so didn’t know until my husband ate my burrito and I could not eat his the way he added things to it. My daughter got rice and beans which was one big ball of dried out beans. She couldn’t eat it. This was BY FAR the worst Taco Bell experience ever. Missing food, wrong boxes, food quality was poor and that’s putting it politely.
