EXPENSIVE! I’ve been to several Five Guys across the country, but stopped going several years ago. This one popped up close to home so thought I would try it again. Ordered a cheeseburger (double meat) all the way, little fry and drink combo plus another drink. $24 for that and they ask for tip. I’m expecting it to be more than other fast food, but it seems disproportionately higher than it used to be. Other locations will heap extra fries in the bag which takes the sting out of the high price, not this location though, You’ll barely get enough for you here.
It was a Friday night and the place was dead, not normal for Five Guys. I think your business is in trouble. I would have given one star, but they messed up my order by not putting anything on the burger, then made me another one so I ended up with 2 burgers which made the price seem fair at that point.
I love Five Guys food, but their prices and now stinginess have driven this once loyal customer away. You got to make it worth the price, and this one falls short.

I ordered four Bacon Cheeseburgers with specific toppings, plus a large fry and a large Cajun fry, and paid over $90 after fees and tip. What was delivered didn’t resemble my order at all. Three burgers had no bacon, at least one lacked cheese, and every burger had completely wrong toppings. The kitchen ticket itself confirms the food was prepared incorrectly, including regular fries instead of large and no Cajun fries. To make matters worse, the phone number listed on the order is disconnected, and the order confirmation email comes from a no reply address, making it effectively impossible to reach a human for help. For the price, this level of execution and support is unacceptable.

Super overpriced. The single patty JUNIOR burger was $9 and the double bacon burger was $15 – definitely NOT WORTH it. The burgers are okay I didn’t even eat half of it.
Fries were soggy (which is typical with Five Guys).
It’s new so the atmosphere is nice.

Very bad service and expensive, ordered 4 burgers and ended up paying almost $90. And when I got home one of the burgers had no patties. A Burger with no meet !! Will not go to this place anymore

$90 for a meal for 4 people without a tip. Puck up your own food. Food was so-so. Hindsight we could have gone to a sit-down restaurant with full service for the same price. If the food was extraordinary it may have been worth it. But not the case. 3 starts because the staff there were really nice.

It had been a while since we went to a five guys, and I saw one in the area and decided to stop by. The store was so clean and well kept, the service was quick and the food was delicious, I love how they’re so generous with the amount of fries they give you. It is a bit pricey for what you get but it’s good quality food so it’s understandable. I’d also like to give a shoutout to Alexis, she attended us and took our order, and she answered all our questions and helped us figure out what to get. She was very sweet and such a joy.

Top notch service. I felt like I had to write a review due to the nice gesture from the staff there. Being the clumsy person that I am, I knocked over my my fries as I was getting ketchup and since it was my mistake, I was willing to live with whatever fries I still had in by bag. But as soon as they saw that they offered me a fresh batch of fries without me asking for it. It’s not much, but it’s the little things that makes all the difference.
