I cannot recommend Premier Park City enough for a private event. We held our welcome drinks here, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Anthony (GM) was incredible to work with and made sure every detail was handled. The staff was fast, friendly, and kept the drinks flowing. Speaking of drinks—their Housewives-inspired cocktails like the ‘Baby Gorgeous’ were a massive hit with our guests. Even Lisa Barlow stopped over during our initial tour and chatted with us- such a highlight and amazing person! 10/10 service and atmosphere for Premier!

I had an amazing experience at Premiere Park City. From the moment you enter, the atmosphere is elegant, modern and very well maintained. Lighting and music create a perfect vibe to enjoy the night, either with friends or as a couple.
The service was impeccable: the staff is very attentive, friendly and always aware that everything is perfect. You can see the professionalism and the desire to make you feel welcome.

This place is definitely going to be the new “it” place for a night out in Park City. The vibe is cool and the drinks are yummy. Don’t order the Curry Fries, unless you are prepared to eat all of them! They are delicious and addicting! The Tomato Bisque that comes with the Grilled Cheese is heaven, and I suggest even dipping the fries in the soup. Yum! The guacamole was also good. However, the pita bread could be warmer and the Hummus tasted water down, like a la croix version of hummus. Overall, when this place fully opens it is definitely going to be a place to check out, and I am very interested in going back.

Last night me and my roommate attended Brazilian night for my friends birthday. My friend had alittle too much and we went outside to call her an uber and make sure she got in her uber. While we were waiting outside, my friend got cold as it was 30 degrees out and we asked the door guy if we could come back in to wait for her uber and they said no. So we just had to stand out in the cold for 10 minutes while we waited with her. Then they said that me and my roommate couldn’t come back in, we tried to explain that we were just making sure she got home safe but the door guy said he didn’t speak English and told us we needed to leave. So essentially we were kicked out for making sure our friend got home safe. I work at a bar and the way the situation was handled was negligent and completely unacceptable.

It was our first time and while I think the atmosphere is good, there were only about 5 tables in the place (on a Friday night during Martin Luther king weekend). After waiting for a server, I had to go to the bar to order my drink. They did apologize but then I had to ask for water. Staff was standing around talking. We ordered the tuna tacos and caprese tacos with chicken. The chicken tasted like rubber and was stringy and fatty. I heard the tuna tacos were okay but personally didn’t try them. To top it off, I get an open table email that says I never showed up for my reservation! This place has potential but they need to improve their food and their service before it will ever be successful.
