Wow, incredible service — ordered one burger, got a completely different one, and of course, no receipt so I can’t even get my points. I guess accuracy and receipts are considered “optional” here. Maybe next time I should just order something random since that’s what I’ll get anyway.

First of all, the inside dining area was very clean and the crew was attending to all aspects of sanitizing all areas.
Food, 1st time to try both Smash Burgers, husband really liked the double bacon and I opted for the single, no onions and it was great.
Will definitely be stopping here for future Jack in The Box items.

What a joke of a place. I feel bad for Lodi because it only has 2 of these locations but the wait time is just ridiculous. The workers are only able to focus on one order at a time, which would make sense for literally any other industry, but fast food?! There’s no reason to be waiting 30+ minutes in line for a burger and fries.
YOURE NOT REINVENTING THE WHEEL!! Just be more efficient!!
EDIT: as if it could not get any worse. I decided to go back to this place after some time since it’s so close. I ordered the cluck munchie meal. I got a piece of chicken, no sandwich. I mean seriously? You can’t finish PUTTING THE SANDWICH together?

The food was ok, bad thing is we ordered the party pack that came with three burgers and three chicken sandwiches and was supposed to come with 3 curly fries however we got everything but the curly fries. Not to mention all the buns were stale and the lettuce tasted like it sat out on the counter and reached room temperature before they put it on or sandwiches. We haven’t gone to this location in awhile and will not be going back.

Had to go back 3 times to still end up with the wrong meal and nothing I ordered night shift doesn’t even know their own menu let alone the options available for those meals nor do they care to ask for specifics for meals that require them and if you ask for the right thing they just take pieces of the wrong meal and throw it into the “right” one but still cooked the wrong way so have fun with your mystery bag meal
