This time I tried the new Steak Garlic Nacho Fries. They were a nice change from the regular nacho fries, but I probably wouldn’t order it again. It was smaller than I expected and was good, but not great.

Unfortunately I have had numerous bad experiences with this Taco Bell. Just like all the others say, they will leave you at the order window for quite some time, even when placing a mobile order ahead. The last three times I’ve been to this location there’s been an issue. Food will be wrong and they will give you an attitude for their mistake. They never have 3/4 of the drinks they’re supposed to have. This is honestly one of the worst fast food places I’ve ever been.

Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes. Was glanced at several times several times but the employees and never greeted or told they would be with us shortly. I ended up ordering off the machine that is so hard to figure out. The dining room was dirty and cold.

I ordered 30.00 worth of food to go. I asked for an extra cup of Ice to go with my food. I was told no I could not have a cup of ice nor could I buy a cup of ice. I was told I had to buy a bottle of water or a soda. When I was leaving a kind worker asked what the commotion was about. I was like I just wanted a cup of Ice to go with my food, however when he went to give me a small cup of ice (which was fine) he was told no by the manager and he looked very confused on why he couldn’t give me a cup of ice on a day when it was 96° out. I will not be coming back to this taco bell over the rude treatment of the staff. I would understand being told no if I didn’t order any food, however I had just spent 30.00 on lunch. Customer Service at this taco bell is a joke.

Really upset about this. On 12/19/25 My wife ordered a nachos bell Grande and this is what she pulls out!!! When I called up the so called manager never apologized and all he said was, where do you want this go! Very unprofessional and again NEVER APOLOGIZED.

I come to this bell occasionally. Every time I come something is wrong with my order… but I usually catch it before I get to far and they replace it hastily and free of charge(as they should)
On this occasion I was greeted with a mild tone and then when I made specific request to my order the tone changed to hostile attitude. (I’m allergic to one one the menu items in my $5 box and I requested an exchange for an item that was of equal price) Her response “you can’t exchange two dessert items, but you can have one of the nachos with either salsa, cheese, or guacamole” I ended up adding the chips and salsa… I get to my destination AND PART OF THE ORDER WAS STILL WRONG! Simply put, this experience was dissatisfying… I won’t be coming here again.

This Taco Bell is hard to find because they do not have any signs giving off their location from the road. The service here was great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean. The order was quick to come up.

Ordered nachos fries and a crunch wrap supreme. Received no side of nacho sauce with my fries and there was NO MEAT in my crunch wrap… just a few shreds of lettuce and a couple pieces of tomato. I called the location & the manager told me to come back so they could replace my meal. The manager told me to come into the store vs using the drive through. When I entered the store.. I was ignored for a couple minutes by several employees who saw me standing at the counter. An employee finally acknowledged me when I told them I was there for a replacement crunch wrap. Even with the new item.. it was messy and hardly put together with any sort of care, even knowing it was a replacement for an unhappy customer. Picture attached is of the original crunch wrap after I realized it was very thin and opened it up to see nothing was inside.
