We have been customers of this Pizza Hut location for years and let’s talk about OUTSTANDING Customer Service, pizza and wings. The restaurant is always clean plus they also show the football games.
The pizzas are made to perfection, fresh, and delicious plus we highly recommend the thin crust.
Now let’s talk about some saucy wings they are impeccable made to please the customer every single time, plus they leave you speechless in the best way possible. They are so delicious you’ll order them again and again.

Poor experience. I came with four of my children as we are visiting family who had a lunchtime obligation. Figured a good pizza would be nice. So far we waited 10 minutes for waters, 15 for a pepperoni stuff crust pizza, and I requested two ranch dips it’s been over 15 minutes since that request was made. The man who had told me it would be just a minute has not been seen since. The atmosphere is cold, negative, and tense. Seems like a meeting with up management is happening but the service is not happening.

It’s a good place to enjoy a good and tasteful pizza, we went a little bit late just a few customers, but the place was vey clean and organized, the guy who attended us was very helpful and with a good attitude, the pizza was great, definitely we are coming back, we liked that this pizza hunt it’s right next to the hotel that we stayed for the night it’s just a couple of steps away, blessings.

Delicious pizza as always from Pizza Hut. This outlet is not a different. Though they take longer time than the app showing last time, since it was dinner time day after Thanksgiving. Inner decoration is awesome for dine in. Though I ordered take out.

This is an older style Pizza Hut that still has a dining room. I stopped in 530p and decided I’d dine in. The inside is outdated and less than 100% clean. Everything looked like it needed to be scrubbed down and there was a smell of fryer oil in the entire restaurant the second you walked in the door… maybe oil that’s overdue to be changed or a hood that’s not functioning properly…. perhaps both.
The dining room was empty, no employees or customers visible…so I approached the counter. A young lady appeared from the back.. I was never given a menu, I asked questions and the polite young lady answered as to what they did and didn’t have in the way of Sandwich and salad…
I ended up ordering a hot Supremo Sandwich that automatically came with fries (that could not be subbed for anything else). I added a salad with ranch and a diet Pepsi.
The young lady told me to pick any table and sit anywhere. I sat at a booth next to the side door. The booth benches needed to wiped off, as they had crumbs on them. Again, everything looked and felt a little on the grimey side… like it all needed to be wiped down with degreaser.
After a few minutes the “waitress” brought out the drink and salad. The salad was in a to go container and came with 2 room temperature ranch packs meant for dipping wings.
The salad itself looked good, tasted decent and was fairly good size. A big minus, I had to eat it with a “to-go” disposable plastic spork… which isn’t really good for anything. Maybe this location no longer had actual silverware… but it definitely detracted from the experience of the salad…
A few minutes later the Sandwich arrived. It looked ok and tasted fine. I’ve eaten these in the past and enjoyed them very much, as they used to be made with black Forrest ham, hard salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese and creamy Italian dressing, with fresh sliced tomato and fresh lettuce. And when made that way they are excellent…
This Sandwich had ham, cheese, diced tomato and lettuce… if there was more stuff on there I couldn’t tell or taste it. I’m not sure if pizza hut changed the way it’s made or this location doesn’t carry all the ingredients or what. Anyhow, the sandwich was just ok at best, but my goodness, the fries at pizza hut are shockingly good… hot and crispy. I didn’t want them and only ate a couple. But who knew pizza hut had such good fries…
When I was finished eating, I had to go back to the counter to pay the bill, which was nearly $17. Overall pretty lackluster. If this is the current state of pizza hut dine in, why not just close the dining room for good, not just here, but across the entire chain. Just focus on carryout and delivery… which is obviously their priority.
Long story short, poor service, sub par food, too expensive, less than clean dining room. I won’t return for dine in. By the way, the young lady who brought me my food was doing her best. I believe her primary job was answering the phone and running the register for carryouts, and helping get the delivery drivers in and out the front door (Which she stayed continuously busy doing these things the entire time I was there.) I don’t think they even had a waitress on duty. But I appreciate her walking the food over to my table….

I order eat from there a few times a month and the food is always ready quickly, it is always prepared exactly how requested, and the staff is always super nice. Great experience every time.
