Very generous portions. The chips were warm and crispy. The chicken enchiladas had a good amount of shredded chicken but a scant amount of sauce and cheese. The atmosphere was festive with a stand-alone bar. Very good service.

We were in town for an event at the university and our large party was extremely hungry for some dinner. This restaurant seated our party of eight quickly and we were pleased to see a menu with such a large selection of entrees. The food was good overall and the portions were large. Our service was also very good. This wasn’t the best Mexican restaurant in the state but considering the size of the town we left full and happy.

We had the lunch special chicken chimichanga and the dinner portion carnitas (pork). Both were excellent and very healthy portions. Chips and salsa are complimentary. The chips are thicker and crispier than many places, which we like, and the salsa is very good . Service was fast and very friendly. Prices were very reasonable ( on the low side). Check them out if you’re in the area.

My husband and I met our friends there for early dinner. The atmosphere and service was amazing!!! I believe our waitress was Elizabeth but she was awesome!!! Our food was amazing and the wait wasn’t even long. Fresh ingredients and family friendly environment. Definitely will be a returning customer. Thanks!!

The food was bland, the chile rellonos had seeds in them, tamales were falling apart and tasted as awful as they looked. The wait staff couldn’t understand anything you said outside of what’s on the menu. Save your money and take the trip to St. Louis, there’s plenty of great Mexican restaurants there. The positive here, it looked as you’d expect a Mexican restaurant decor to look.

Love the decor and atmosphere in this place. Very authentic Mexican decorations. Staff is very friendly and professional. Restaurant is very clean. Lots to choose from on the menu. Food tasted very good. Everyone in our group was very happy with the service and taste of food.

The service at this place was good. The chips and salsa were great, I loved the salsa. We DID order cheese dip (from the lady who brought our drinks, not our server) and never got it, but weren’t charged for it. I got the California Burrito…. it was SO massive as well as very delicious. I could only eat about 1/3. My husband got the steak and shrimp dish you see below, and he thought it was excellent. We have gone to many, many Mexican restaurants and we will definitely be back to this one.
