Playing with peoples hard earned money and dinner is not funny.. female employee made a joke on how heavy the pizza was while picking up since i order extra sauce.. its unedible and disgusting..i tried squeezing all the extra sauce to save it the dough its soaked like a soup.. Let the pictures do its justice. I hope management take judgement since corporate will be involved in this one! God bless.. hope the laugh and prank was fun enough!

While cat having procedure at Vet, I decided to order carry out from nearest Domino’s. I like the pan cut in squares, in the past, so often, at other locations, this would staff would not cut this way, Carmen got it right, I ordered, about 20 minutes later, I was devouring the tastiest, crispiest, cheesiest pizza for less the 10 bucks!!! Now that’s what’s up. The store is in a plaza with many other businesses but there’s ample parallel parking write in front of the Domino’s.

Horrible service. Had to wait over an hour for a delivery. The pizza and cheese rolls arrived cold as ice and no apologies neither from the delivery person nor from the company. Tried to report an issue and kept getting an error because “the order was still on the way”. Apparently, the app thinks that the order is still out for delivery 4 hours after it was placed. On top of that, the pizza was cut in such messy and uneven way that you can see how little the staff cares about the quality.

Horrible customer service. Calls are never answered and drivers are horrible as well. Order a cheese pizza and lava cake. Seems like driver dropped my order and delivered it like that. Called to speak to someone and it took them 16 minutes to answer for them to say another order was going to be sent. Almost 2 hours and I haven’t received anything. And they still demand more tips.

Horrible customer service specially the guy in the picture who claimed to be supervisor and refused to give me his name to report it directly to Domino’s after his ruthness to me as a customer. I did an online order and was conpleted ready for pickup in the app. When showed up for pick up he claimed called me because no bread for the sandwich I ordered, when I asked for a pasta as a substitute also no pasta available! Really!!! I claimed why my order said in the app ready for pick up then! I used points and rewards for my order I asked for them back and his answer was ” I don’t have to you anything back” really is that the way to threat customes! Good luck in you life pal!

Not as bad as the people on here say. They’re almost always on time. Pizza is always warm and made well.
Aside from a small wait (tops 30-40 mins, which is fine.) Everything always comes out fine, at least for me.

Delivery was good but the pizza looked like they were running out of food. I did not order a cracker. I ordered an extra large pizza. With tip this cost me $25.

We ordered here only 2 times, but the second time was horrible. They forgot to put chicken to pizza and thin crust one feels like super thin burnt paper. After we asked to replace, nothing really changed, they just added chicken we payed for. Also, the pepperoni pizza was horrible, too greasy that even a box we placed on the table left a huge greasy spot on it. Onions were added afterwards instead of being placed on pizza before baking.
