Gentleman working the window at 7:00pm was extremely nice. Rarely do i hear sincerity in peoples voice anymore and this guy had it. It’s always refreshing to run into people like this and it’s much appreciated. Makes my day a little better.

This is the second time we’ve ordered from this location qnd have been missing things we ordered the 6 piece flame thrower chicken strip meal and ordered a sundae as dip was not given to us and ordered a flamethrower burger combo did not get the fries.. I love how on the app you can’t leave a review for your order.. just get to not get things right

They got our order wrong and tried to make us pay the difference for them to give us the correct order AFTER we already paid. Manager had a terrible snarky attitude. Staff were incredibly slow. We requested a refund and left.

Holy Cow! Dairy Queen on S. Saginaw should absolutely be ASHAMED of themselves for their size & price of their cheese curds. WOW! Let me remind you too, that the tiny box wasn’t even filled up either. All for the high price of $4.59. Let me be the first to complain about the owners being the most skimpiest of skimpy. This is shameful to be honest. I most definitely will NOT be EVER ordering the cheese curds from this location again. Also, the DQ on Center Rd. actually gives you way more too. This DQ on S. Saginaw also highly UNDERPAYS their employees also. This just goes to show you that the owners are most definitely tightwads. That’s SO out of pocket and also weird to overprice their food & not even fill their food box up either. It’s also super weird to underpay their employees too. DO BETTER Dairy Queen on S. Saginaw. I know from personal experience that the owners, whenever confronted, have an attitude and they never want to redo their mistakes either.

Stopped in on 8/11/25 around 8pm and got two banana splits and they where the best we had in years not sure who made them at the burton store but they should teach everyone because those splits where fantastic

On 5/22 at about 5pm, I stopped through the drive thru to place my order. I pull up and was greeted and after I overlooked the menu I placed my order. As I was placing my order the gentleman taking my order began to become VERy rude. Now I have absolutely no problem joking on the job, I actually wish it was more tolerated on the job but this young man was a perfect example of why it’s not. He was obnoxiously rude past the point of joking. I was so irritated I had to drive elsewhere hungry to get food. I will be contacting management for further conversation

Took them almost an HOUR to make TWO blizzards. While I sat in the drivethru first they give me the wrong size and dude looks at me like I told him his head was a turnip when I pointed out it’s the wrong size. Like I should just be happy I even got something? So then they apparently have to all read the training manual because it took almost 30 minutes for them to actually make them the right size. In total I waited 45 minutes. Oh and I ordered online agreed of time so they had plenty of time to actually get it ready. Then they wanted me to pay again!

This location is hit and miss. I had ordered a day before and I said extra toping and didn’t get it. So I went back through and the nice girl was gonna not charge me this time for the extra and manager said no and had a fit. The customer service here isn’t good. They skimp u what you order. Location has gone down hill
