i was grabbing my normal meal and witnessed a manager (i believe her name was Terry or something along those lines) handle two upset customers extremely calm and well. she went out of her way to resolve issues and made the customers laugh while she was doing it. i had to leave a review about how awesome she was.

They refuse to provide me with items listed on their menu. I’ve contacted their corporate office. This is an example of poor management and poor ownership response not needed.
As ownership is just as much legally responsible for that menu as corporate office for or false advertising as the corporate offices

I went to a Chicago McDonald’s a couple weeks ago and they did not do the table service. It was nice they did it here. Small thing I know. Keep up the good work.

Prices have gotten ridiculous and you don’t even get the food hot anymore. Everything is placed in warmers. Back in the day Everything was made fresh and you could watch them cook the burgers on the griddle knowing your food was being made fresh now all of the fast food restaurants hold there burgers in warmers. Sometimes even the fries are left in warmers after they cook them by the time you get them they are Luke warm. GROSS !!!!!! The places to start from the beginning like it was back in the day instead getting lazy. MAKE THE DAMN FOOD FRESH !!!

I ordered 4 large fries as part of my order for 8 people. The boxes were terribly under filled. I would hope that spending $50+ at Mcdonalds would yield some better quality controll. Check your bag before leaving the drive thru!

AWFUL SERVICE & IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD!! I ASKED FOR THE MCCHICKEN MEAL & I REQUESTED EXTRA PICKLES AND EXTRA ONIONS on the sandwich and I didn’t get any!! They simply gave me a bunch of lettuce on a McChicken and the wrapper wasn’t even wrapped!! THEN THEY ASKED ME WHAT SAUCE I WANTED FOR MY NUGGETS, I SAID RANCH & WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW, I ASKED IS THERE RANCH IN THE BAG? THE YOUNG MAN TOLD ME YES. HE CASHED ME OUT, GAVE ME NO RECEIPT AND I FOUND OUT WHEN I STOPPED TO EAT, THAT I GOT NO SAUCE! THEN THE DRINK COMES WITH THE MEAL THAT I ORDERED & THEY DIDN’T EVEN GIVE ME A STRAW OR NAPKINS!! I HAD TO DRIVE BACK AROUND THE DRIVE-THRU WITH MY FOOD ON MY LAP TO GET MY STRAW, NAPKINS AND RANCH. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS MCDONALD’S EVER AGAIN!! IF I WASN’T IN SUCH A RUSH TO GO PICK UP MY CHILD, I WOULD HAVE GONE BACK INSIDE AND THROWN MY FOOD ON THE COUNTER & SAID MAKE MY ENTIRE MEAL OVER!! THE ENTIRE ORDER IS WRONG!! NEVER AGAIN!! I will gladly drive to the other side of town on Medway Rd. to get GREAT SERVICE & the order is ALWAYS correct!!
