I love the customer service from the Starbucks employees. They are really friendly, and they’re willing to help customers anyway that they can. Their LTM specials looks amazing, and the food is absolutely delicious. I would definitely have to go to Starbucks more often.

Well, what can you say: it’s a Starbucks. The folks at Starbucks were very attentative and friendly. We choose a freshly brewed dark roast, and dark it was: I loved that strong coffee. We also had brownies. We will very likely return before we leave the area again …for more dark roast.

Not only is the food and the coffee good here, the management is very community minded and is exceptionally generous when it comes to making donations to worthy charitable causes. I highly recommend this Starbucks location!

The only problem i have is my phone won’t work but if I connect it on their internet provided then it works. Otherwise everything is great as usual.

Great staff. Easy to get in and out. Store is always clean. Never had to wait long for my order when ordering ahead of time. Commerce store is conveniently located near the East TX A&M University.

I don’t usually leave reviews on big franchises, but I wanted to point out great customer service from Kolton. Second time I’ve seen him at the drive through window and I wanted to say his attitude is contagious. Respectful young man and knows how to make customers feel welcome.

I’ve ordered a few drinks since they opened and it’s been very hit and miss. Then today I ordered a pistachio latte and I swear they just gave me milk . Literally flavorless. Thats what I get for not sticking with MUGS. Soooo much better!! Ill drive out of the way a bit for them from now on.

Realizing that different people work at different times, I still have to say that the drinks are a 50/50 proposition. One visit, the drink is great! The next visit, it will taste like watered-down milk. From now on, I am going inside and not through the drive-thru. That way, I am right there to taste it. And if it is watered-down, I can have them make it. If you do go through the drive-thru be sure to taste it before you drive away.
