As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

My order is taken by a human…. 1st red flag. Told to pull up for my total. Get the window I’m told a way bigger price than it should have been. When I question it and repeat what I ordered, I’m told by the man in the window… that’s not what you says… I responded actually it is what I said. This rally’s is known for trashy behavior, and arguing with customers. You make the mistake and I’m chastised like a child for it? Please bring back the robot speaker, it has way better customer service.

The girl with the reddish orange hair need to go or have a sit down about her service ! I ordered wings, mozzarella sticks and a sprite. Asked to make sure to have ranch in the bag for the wings. she said it’s a charge okay. I said okay, charge my card( literally had it in her hand) she smirked and handed me my drink and card back……. Check the bag, no ranch. Waited for her to come back the window, I asked for ranch it told her, she once again said it was a charge. And I reminded her that yes I told you okay and to charge my card and you gave me a smirk and closed the window….

Ordered 2 double fish sandwiches and got 2 hamburgers instead. I also ordered a single fish and a single spicy chicken and they got that part right. Didn’t find out it was wrong til I got home. I did use a coupon on the app though. They dont answer the phone. Will have to dispute charge.

App said I had a (free) big Buford hamburger but had to purchase something and show app to cashiers at window and to not hit redeem until you use it!!! Well I hit redeem at the window after waiting in line for 15-20 minutes for some reason it denied my hamburger after hitting redeem… I had ordered there hot dog combo thinking I was going to get the burger…
Now I’m stuck with a burnt chili dog I would not pay a penny for!! They would not fix the issue..
The funny part is I just realized I had it after waiting in line so long… (to good to be true probably is) don’t purchase the hot dog yuck!
