I had a barbacoa taco and a mixed pupusa. The tacos are Street Taco style in the barbacoa was very flavorful. The pupusa Masa was like comfort food, soft and delicious, and the filling flavorful. The pupusa came with the typical pickles. Salsas looked and tasted house made. I also tasted the barbacoa plate and the corn tortillas looked and house made. I would be happy to return.

This place is the best kept secret in Laplace! The food is amazing, my favorite is the steak gordita and the papusas are amazing! My kids live the street tacos and my husband never says no to a chicken burrito! The service is even better than the food! The young lady that works the register always greets me with a smile, she is super knowledgeable about the grocery items they carry and always willing to help! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Not too familiar with local restaurants but decided to give this place a chance. I walked in walked straight to the back to what appeared to be the dining area. Stood there for at least 30 seconds until the guy who was at the cash register was walking past me and I decided to stop him and asked him if the kitchen was open which he answered that it was. I asked for a menu and he replied they didnt have one. I asked what they served and he confusingly named 3-4 items. I then ordered a chicken soup. About 20 minutes later my soup was brought out. A small to medium bowl of soup along with a cup of rice and 3 small corn tortillas packed inside some foil paper. I tasted the rice which was flavorless but soft and somewhat warm. The soup was a total disappointment. The broth was warm and looked and tasted like it was old but was warmed up and they added oregano to try to make it taste fresh but ended up overpowering it. The chicken piece that came with the soup looked similar to a 3 joint wing. The chicken was bland, soft but didnt taste fresh. 3 small vegetables came in the soup, 1/4 of a golden potato, 1/4 of a carrot stick, and what appeared to be 1/4 of chayote squash. The tortillas were homemade but were cold and flavorless. Overall this place is overpriced and the food is mediocre.

We ordered tacos, pupusas, and a pork chop platter for delivery through Doordash. They got everything right in our order, packed it well, and they were all seasoned beautifully and came with very flavorful sauces, I can’t speak to authenticity, but aside from my pork chops being salty, everything being heavy (by design), and my salad being comprised of iceburg lettuce, it was perfect. They did include this delicious slaw though, so the salad wasn’t necessary.

I had the breakfast I order it on doordash .The only thing that was somewhat, edible was the steak the guacamole was too spicy the two eggs were cold.they had some type of white cheese on the side with avocado . The beans were also the only edible thing on the plate .if I could give this restaurant zero Stars I would but it wouldn’t let me . it had waffles on the doordash menu but there was no waffles when I ordered it. I’m sorry I just would not ever be eating breakfast from there again .maybe they can do lunch and dinner better than their breakfast.

Pretty goos on Latin this, Laplace doesn’t have many latin stores and this one is one of the best ones here. They could use a little more thinga in the store and workers are a bit lazy.
