Ordered a cookie sandwich sundae to-go and I couldn’t believe how big it was!
Two giant warm chocolate chunk cookies, brownie batter ice cream and hot fudge!
Definitely check them out if you are in Ephrata PA, they are right on main street town square and have other offerings outside of icecream/cookies.

Excellent atmosphere! It’s a clean, friendly and bright place. The food was delicious and generous in portions. I bought a blt and cookies! Will plan to visit again!

Stopped in at chillin cookies for the first time tonight and wow! I’m definitely coming back!! My bf and I have been meaning to stop in for the past few months but the times just didn’t align until tonight. We both got a cookie ice cream sandwich and they are HUGE for how much you pay. Definitely a good deal! I really liked how they had vegan, gluten, and dairy free options. They also had a good selection of cookie flavors, ice cream flavors, and toppings for your sweet treat. The staff were super friendly and answered all our questions too. I highly recommend this place and I hope they have a permanent home in Ephrata!

This place is a hidden gem, the customer service here is amazing, the owners and employees are so friendly. The food is amazing! Sandwiches are always neatly made and very good quality. Prices are great too. Blueberry cheesecake ice cream is chefs kiss!!! Love this place

Today were at Chillin’ Cookies in Ephrata. But we’re not here cookies or ice cream but for sandwiches! Yes, they serve real food and it’s real good! I got The Carnivore, a thick, beautiful, delicious roast beef sandwich. My wife and daughter both went with the Classic Turkey Club sandwich.
You can see that these are some pretty hefty sandwiches! This is a fun place for ice cream sandwiches but I have to say that it might be an even better place for regular sandwiches.

We love to support a new, local business and I was really looking forward to taking my grandson in for his birthday treat.
It’s a cute space, on street parking.
As soon as we walked in the two young girls behind the counter just looked at us. Awkward!!! So I said hello!!! I got smiles back. Not sure at this point if they could speak. There was no explanation of the menu or what was offered. After figuring it out we placed two orders. There’s construction going on upstairs which made it difficult to hear the quiet voice of the girl behind the counter who was obviously getting annoyed with me saying “what” when she spoke. I ended up apologizing, but not sure why I did that. Bad habit! Our desserts were good, but definitely NOT as pictured. My grandson was excited to try one of their huge, elaborate milkshakes that we saw in ads. Again, sweet and yummy, but not as advertised.
I’m giving them a 3 star because I feel bad for a small business that’s just starting out, but it honestly wasn’t even close to 3 star worthy.

My husband and I’s first time here. We ordered the carnivore and classic club paninis. Both were delicious and we are excited to go back with our children for the desserts.

i’ve went here 3 times so far and each time has been so great! ☺️ i’ve gotten ice cream cones and an ice cream cookie sandwich and each time i have not been disappointed in the slightest! i get a big waffle cone with 2 giant scoops of my choice and a topping for $5! and their ice cream sandwiches are only $6 and they’re almost as big as my face! certainly would recommend this place to anyone, and the customer service is always amazing, the women that have been working there when i’ve stopped in have been absolutely lovely!

We’ve had lunch here a few times and the paninis and salads are delicious! The ingredients are very fresh and portions are more than enough. The owner and staff are always very friendly. Definitely give this place a try. Highly recommend!!
