I visited this location on March 7th for lunch. I’ll surely return again. They were busy inside and out. The dark haired lady working seemed kind of flustered with all the business they had at the moment. Which is understandable. But Faith is amazing under pressure. She didn’t miss a step helping everywhere she was needed. Always smiling. Food was hot and fresh. Milkshakes were great! I will recommend this location to all my friends and family

My husband and I visited this location this morning for breakfast. Awesome service. Went through the drive-thru. Faith was great at the speaker taking our order. I could hear in her voice how happy she was to take our order. When we got to the window my husband told her how chipper she was and she replied “that’s what I do…let the customer know that I’m happy they came here!”. Very fast service! The whole experience was less than 2 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our food. Hot, fresh and delicious! I recommend this location to everyone looking for fast friendly service!!

I come through the drive thru at this location a few times a week for breakfast. Faith and Leeann are awesome! So friendly. Always happy when at the speaker and window. You guys have an awesome duo with these 2 ladies. Just makes my day every time I come through!

Food is usually hot and fresh when you go during peak times so first thing in the morning for breakfast, between 7to 9. right around 12 to 1 and 4 to 5 for dinner, but just remember that they are cooked orders. So you are going to be waiting for your food.

This Hardee’s is a little out of my way, but I love coming here because it just stands head and shoulders above the other ones in every way. The building is always clean & bright, the bathroom is the cleanest and nicest of all Hardee’s I’ve visited, and the personnel is always just perfectly friendly. For instance… Today I stopped in for breakfast and ordered the pork chop sandwich. The very friendly last working the register said to me, “We have a pork chop sandwich ready now if you can’t wait, but if you can spare a few minutes we’d love the opportunity to make one hot and fresh for you.” I mean, what? That’s not something you expect to hear from a fast food restaurant! And that’s the type of customer service I’ve grown to expect from this particular Hardee’s. They just seem to really care about their customers.

We were driving through this area to pick up up a new puppy. Stopped for a quick lunch on the way. Went through the drive thru. Service was quick and the young lady working the window was very pleasant and helpful. We got a chicken sandwich meal and a mushroom Swiss double. Both meals were really good and hot! Fries were fresh and lightly salted. We wish there was a Hardee’s on the Pittsburgh area again.

9 times outage 10 the food is as expected! There has been a few times I was not so pleased. That’s the only reason for the 4 star. Most the time the food is great like I stated! I used the drive thru today for a chicken tender basket, curly fries & added a cherry lemonade. I had to pull ahead for a few minutes for the curly fries. In that time I tried the cherry lemonade & all I can say to describe it is musty. I can’t determine exactly why – but once my food came out I explained & asked for a refund. Considering it was $3.79 for the lemonade. I was told to come inside. Once I got to the front desk one of the staff members disappeared toward the back. I believe it was the manager that came forward & said it must not be the lemonade, but possibly the cherry flavoring. Regardless I explained I did not want another lemonade, just a refund & a fountain drink. Since I got a medium combo. At that point I was given a large cup & told that should make up the difference. My bill was $19 for fries, chicken & a drink. How does a large drink that’s included in a $13 combo cost me an additional $4, I wouldn’t know, because I never got a receipt. Unfortunately I was limited on time or I’d have taken more time for my refund. This just proves I shouldn’t have come back to Hardee’s after a four year break since the last time I came I was also disappointed. I asked for barbecue sauce as well, since they have Duke’s and they gave me Sweet Baby Ray’s. And failed to mention that.
