Enjoy seed oil-free, hormone-free, and free-range chicken, alongside grass-fed beef and low-sugar drinks sweetened with apple cider! Diced has done it again!! We came to the soft opening and enjoyed our favorite salad and wrap. The location is great for the Holly Springs community. The decor is light and airy. I got a gluten free steak wrap and a greens and rice bowl with tofu and bacon. When I asked for a gluten free wrap the server immediately changed her gloves without me asking. Two young ladies took care of my order and they were very kind and even gave me extra avocado because they were soon closing. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. I had plenty of food for leftover meals. For context I arrived around 7:52 PM on a Tuesday night and they close at 8 PM and still served me without a problem and had all the ingredients still out and available.

Went to the soft open for Diced in Holly Springs today. SO happy to have this restaurant in our town! It was the first day, so everyone is learning the ropes with a line of hungry customers in front of them—so 100% grace given for a little slower service than what I’m sure will end up being a smoothly run machine soon enough. The food is great—super fresh ingredients with tons of options. The flavors are on-point, and portion sizes are super. It’s an easy-to-navigate location that’s bright and airy on the inside. If you’ve been waiting for fresh, made-to-order salads in Holly Springs (like I have!), head over. It’s totally worth it!

I went to the soft opening for Diced in Holly Springs and got the Southwest Crunch Salad with Chicken. The restaurant was clean and well designed and the staff were so nice and welcoming. The menu is easy to read and there are many options for all, depending on what you like as well as any dietary restrictions you may have. The menu lists out the number of calories as well as the amount of protein for each salad, which is very helpful and great for anyone who may be keeping track, like myself. The ingredients are all healthy and great quality and everything on the line looked fresh…making me want to really load up my salad. The portions are more than generous and my salad was delicious. My two year old approved of it as well, which doesn’t happen often!! I will certainly be back, and I’m already planning what I’m going to order next time. It certainly is a great addition here in Holly Springs!

We have been waiting for diced to open in Holly Springs and it did not disappoint! We got our usual orders, buffalo chop and Cobb, and they were as delicious as always. It was a takeout order, ready fast, and everything correct and included. The staff was friendly and attentive when I came in. The space is also very nice and clean. We will definitely be frequent visitors!
