I tried the “improved ground beef” and I’m sorry to say: it’s not good. I regret this meal and not avoiding it like usual. I love this chain more than their competition but their ground beef is just not good. It just tastes bad, even with the hot sauce.

Music too loud – workers couldn’t hear what I was ordering and vice versa. It was 90 degrees outside and around 120 inside the store.
Messed up both burritos. And wrapped them so poorly that we couldn’t even eat them. This place is whack. Avoid at all costs. Go to Chipotle every time.

I came back to the location today and it was terrible. There were 6 errors among my friends on this online order. I usually check in the resturant but they have been good about my orders lately. We all asked for no pickeled onion and guess what we found. A HECK TON OF THEM. This attachment is ONE of our quesidila’s onions. They also gave my friend no meat when he asked for it. Embarrasing.

The manager was extremely helpful. We wanted to order a catering bag of chips late at night (6:30p) and was informed they were running low but willing to make more up for our order. When we arrived, the bag of chips was there waiting for us, fresh, and still warm. Highly recommend this place and the staff!
