They gave me a burger with a wad of blonde hair in it, and pet hair and a fuzz balls wrapped up into the back of my sandwich. It was disgusting! I called to get it fixed and the manager didn’t seem concerned about it and was passive on the cleanliness of employees. They offered a replacement burger but the weather is horrible out today so I declined, I’ve lost my appetite after seeing that anyway

I was the last customer served. I didn’t know 11 was close, I came right before 11. I used to work in fast food. Everyone hated late people arriving when you’re tired and wanna close up for the night. The drive thru employee was kind, talked in a great tone the whole time. She was very polite and with manners. Informed me the chicken would have a wait. Everything was hot, and fresh. maybe nothing was left to sell, expecting to close and it had to be made fresh. But I almost NEVER get salt and ketchup without requesting it (which I didn’t) . She did that, on the last car. When she’s probably tired and wants to go home. I respect that. Napkins too. I’m saying yes this should happen, but it usually doesn’t. I was hungry and appreciated all of it. Kitchen crew good job give them a shout out too please.

This BK has taken a complete nosedive in quality since all the tourists left. I’ve never had a whopper taste so bland, unseasoned, dry, cold and disgusting, two visits in a row. Used to be one of my favorites. No clue what’s going on here but it’s not worth coming back anymore. Hospital food is better than this.

10 minutes before they asked for order… been another 10 minutes without moving 3 feet… and, they’re still not able to take order, 2 vehicles sitting AT Speaker.. for past 10 minutes, STILL waiting to order. Pay AT pick-up Window- tells me short for workers. Sad. This Lication CAN NOT HANDLE 2 Drive through speakers… 2 vehicles just left, I might. Same 5 vehicles in front of me, for, going on 18 minutes, AFTER I ordered… Should be FREE.

Shift Manager would not assist in correcting my coupon order when I was balancing my online order mistake with overseeing my three grandchildren (6,4 &2). Just poor, cold, canned response customer service… or total lack thereof. BK online customer service was just as cold/canned.

Good food arrives fast and hot, friendly service (even when you need them beyond the counter!!), very nice play area that is great for little ones. Restaurant and restrooms are always very clean, great place to stop for cheap, fast food.

Curious how a 33% increase in ice is justified. Same price as Meijer now with no mperks reward and total lack of convenience. Meijer has the staff and set up to get me in and out. I sacrifice my time here to save a little on price. Weird move. Yet another reason to add to the list of why I will not be renewing my contract and staying in the area. Weird how the community is destroying an already dwindling ageing community.

20 plus minute wait l for 4 large fries and drinks. All half full, manager yelled at order taker who I saw tell her and print the receipt. Worst fries soggy and half full I have ever had.
