If I could give zero stars I would. I walked into this establishment to order some food. The first thing I heard was the crew talking badly about the customers & laughing. I didn’t order I just walked out. I will not have people fix my food If they feel that every customer are assholes. I always went to this establishment, but never ever again. It takes years to gain a customer; it takes seconds to lose one. And Tacobell, you have lost a loyal customer.

Well lets see my husband wanted taco bell we go in waiting for someone to take our order. Someone said we had to go to the menu board. Not. Thats why people work or at least thats what I thought. Im not going to do there job. That’s why they get payed. So we left. Rude blonde made a comment when we were leaving. We will never ever go back. Oh one more thing The Manager asked us to order from the menu board.

I don’t know what y’all are paying these people, but it’s not enough. I frequent this location at least once a week and every single time that I’ve been there my food is hot and correct (note: I make a lot of modifications due to dietary restrictions). Plus, the staff is always super friendly, which I feel like is rare not just for Taco Bell but for fast food restaurants in general. Seriously, A+!!!!!

Giving 5 stars and a shoutout to Mr. Ray. I came in for a birthday reward (unavailable at that location) after finding a ride up there. I was understanding that they didn’t have it, but this man went above and beyond to make sure I got some kind of treat for my missed reward. Going above and beyond is what makes customer service! I won’t be able to get out and get any other rewards, besides this one. And even when that failed I was still shown hope and happiness. Thanks and God bless that gentleman!

Giving one star is too much but I can’t give no stars. I asked for extra mild and hot sauce got a couple packs okay, no big deal. But I ask for extra rice and pay for it to barely get any. I return to this location and they remake my burrito but then I leave eat my burrito and proceed to eat the rest of my food I asked for no tomato and it’s tomato on it. I shouldn’t have to keep going back because apparently making someone food that they paid for correct is not important. This is unacceptable

Every time I order from this store, something in my order is wrong. You’d think I’d get smart to check the bag before leaving but I shouldn’t have to. That is literally their job – to check the bags before sending it out the window. Or whoever puts the bags together – LOOK at the screen.

I basically go to the same T.B. every time, this one is the cleanest and the staff is courteous alway. The food is always hot and fresh!

Wow. Impressively terrible. Allow me to walk you through the experience… first we get there and we go to the counter to look on the huge display board menu above the registers, we asked a question about an item menu and informed they “dont do orders here you have to use that kiosk”. oh okay, but how bout that menu item we asked about.. the girl goes and asks and apparently they sell some but not all of the products displayed. Lol. Okay. So we go to the kiosk and theres no complete menu , you gotta go into 50 million folders. Ordering is no longer an event , but a journey you must provide ample time for cause no one is going to assist you in anything. Eventually submitted our order and take a seat at the very first booth, in a dead quite restaurant (im talking maybe two other families) when this employee starts whispering my name im talking WHISPERING, even the librarian would ask this man to speak up, roll her eyes, and walk away. I guess after the fifth time my friend finally heard the whispers, goes and gets the food. Wow. I had the crunch wrap supreme and it tasted like it was all filled with that nasty fake cheese they serve thats good but just not appetizing as a whole meal. Every bite id expect it to have any other ingredient, but it was always a bite drowned in cheese. I never thought id complain about too much cheese, but here we are not finishing our crunchy fake cheese with a quesadilla wrap acting only as a means to get the fake cheese vessel to my mouth. Did it sustain me ? Yes. So ya….. i guess i give out stars for keeping the customer alive these days..

Every time I order from this Taco Bell, something is wrong. They don’t provide the correct amount of sauce; they forget a whole menu item; they add toppings that you don’t want. It doesn’t matter what area of the service is being questioned, this location is 100% guaranteed to completely fail at meeting expectations.
