I rarely review, and usually don’t get fast food. I was really hungry so decided to come and get something fast and simple. Upon taking my order everything was cool. The gentleman was real upon taking my order everything was cool, the gentleman was real respectful polite. He advised me to park in front of the store to wait for my order and I’m assuming that’s for the timer that they have in their store to track how speedy the orders are. That being said, I was waiting in front for about 12 minutes waiting for one Cheeseburger and some fries. As I was waiting two other cars were waiting along my side. This goes to show that the service was really slow and I would advise this location to work on that.

I live approximately 3 hours away from this particular establishment but have stopped by twice in the last 2 months as it’s near a place I do a pick up for work.
The manager is friendly, talkative & has a great attitude welcoming customers as they arrive & thanking/saying goodbye to them as they leave. They are also an Amazon Pickup location as well having a locker located inside.

I came here for a quick late night meal and was not happy with my order. I ordered a western bacon with extra bbq sauce and got no sauce instead. Won’t be returning to this location.

This place is a joke. I am allergic to red meat so I usually substitute the beef and bacon for grilled chicken on the Diablo burger. However, this place wanted to charge me $14.00 just for a chicken Diablo burger, not a combo just a burger! I drive from coast to coast and have never had any issues with any of the other restaurants charging me double for taking off two meat products and adding one? I definitely won’t be back and no, I didn’t pay them outrageous prices!!

It took me about maybe 8 minutes from me to finally get my order in the Drive-Thru I never experienced such a slow drive through in my life and it will be my last going over there and also cashier was not friendly at all

I recently went at 12:08 and the shift leader was very rude and unprofessional kept giving orders wrong was being disrespectful to the other person in charge who’s name is Jason and she didn’t want to take my order forced me to order through the app I waited 30 minutes for my food and it was cold and nasty had to go back since she forgot to give me all my food honestly don’t recommend going there when this person is there definitely going to need the district manager to give me a call very very very bad experience

Ordered online but was not received so had to wait 10 minutes for a chicken biscuit.. so what’s the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait in store? Will not be back to this store even though I’m usually in the area during the day.
