What can I say that the subs don’t? Great Italian coldcut no matter how you get it. Sorry can’t talk about anything else because I may have intentions of trying something else, as soon as I’m in there…I can’t stop ordering the coldcut.

I absolutely love Jersey Mikes. But this is the second order that I have picked up from the Newark DE location on 896 that has been sub par. I received HALF of what was ordered for my sub. Giant tuna on Rosemary parm, lettuce, tomatoes , onions, AMERICAN CHEESE, mayo, vinegar and banana peppers . I have tuna, PROVOLONE cheese, onions, and barely any lettuce. I Tried calling the location numerous times once I got home (mistakes happen, and I thought maybe they gave me someone else’s sub). No answer every time. Unfortunately, I am unable to get back out, so I guess this is what’s for dinner.

So happy with the service I placed an order online so I could pick it up at 6:02 got there on time waiting patiently the gentleman asked me what the name was. I told him he went back on the counter looked could not find a name so I waited and I waited and I waited and then he went back and looked again and was like oh here’s your sandwich so I sat there for almost 10 minutes for no freaking reason. Totally unacceptable.

We were nicely greeted. Ordering was a little confusing bc loud music and how onion and sweet automatically come with. Music selection good. Signing up for the loyalty program was easy. Handicap accessible friendly. Clean. Disappointed bc there wasn’t hamburger dill chip pickles. Asked for extra ketchup but wasn’t much. Had walk back for more. Not nearly enough meat on cheese steaks! Not even close. 2 inches on each side of our large steak was plain bread. Meat should be spread more evenly. And should be more meat than bread. Bread was crumbly like it’s stale. Asked for black pepper but had to add at the table. Sweet tea with fresh lemon was very nice. Staff was very nice. Atmosphere is good. Food was not worth the $30 for my husband and I to eat. I have to work 3 hours to earn $30 and it was Not worth 3 hours of work. As of now not confident we will return for another chance. I am confident I won’t recommend. A large steak was about $14 each. No free WiFi.

I could have not asked for a better team today (8/9/25) at this location. Currently on a bus tour when our tour guide decided this was the place to stop. Dropping 50 plus people on a group of 4 employees. But let me tell ya, you never would have known that there was only 4 employees here. They took charge with a positive attitude and produced 50 plus subs in no time!!! The young lady was memorizing orders while the gentleman were all working in tandem. Needless to say, I am impressed and I am writing this to say those 4 employees need a raise. They took what could have been a less than fortunate situation and maybe it an absolute spectacular show of peak team work performance.

Had birthday points and decided to order delivery. I got a Giant Mike’s Way which was delivered very quickly and was really good. This was my first order from Mike’s and will not be my last! Excellent sandwich. Tyty❤️ the picture of the sub is already missing a huge piece

Jersey Mike’s day of giving!! I got the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak!! It was big and $13.95. A lot of flavor thanks to peppers and jalapeños. Apparently the sesame roll is only available in PA. The meat was grilled and chopped. Very good cause, good cheesesteak but needed a lot more meat for $13.95.

On Sunday, 5/25/25, between 4:30pm and 5:00pm, I was treated very poorly by your employee. Her behavior was unruly as she became very irate with me, a paying customer. To be argumentative with a customer is very unprofessional. I’ve been calling the store to address the issue in detail but I have been unsuccessful with someone answering. I also walked into the store to talk to a manager and two of your four employees on duty were sitting on the back counter and were not being cooperative as they told me to look on the front door for the managers name. I then asked if this store was a franchise, that way I would know which route I needed to take and none of them knew what a franchise was. The very tall young man with a high top haircut was about the best help. He gave me the managers hours and on Sunday , he actually walked out to my car to apologize.
