You go there , and given a chance to redeem a survey. Why does this young lady NEVER want to honor the survey. She will other day we don’t take them at this location, or you can’t use but one for example if it’s more than one person in the car, they all have their own receipt with their own code she never wants to honor it.

POOR SERVICE!! Do not go there after 8pm!! They will lie and say they do not have any chicken left or ran out of food but be standing around on the inside laughing and on their phones. This was done after waiting 15 minutes in line.

Don’t ever use delivery on the Church’s app. Twice food has come up missing, and when I try to contact them, it’s crickets. I haven’t heard anything from Church’s, and it’s not little items like pepper and sides, they are forgetting 16 and 10 pieces of chicken.The delivery driver don’t take pictures as a proof of delivery. Im tipping them and paying a delivery fee, for my food to be missing. If you use delivery use Doordash, at least they will refund you

Everyone was friendly n nice but the chicken was just nasty.It looked spoiled i couldn’t even eat it the thigh was all dark on the inside.Not the first churches that ive had bad chicken experience.Time to lock the doors n go home.What happened to the churches chicken we grew up on?
