Pretty disappointed with my online order. I arrived at my exact pick up time, my order was ready, which was great. Opening my bag the bottom of my bowl already felt a little soggy. Fine no big deal. As I open my bowl, the guacamole was already turned dark. Ruined the whole bowl. Flavor was off bc of the guacamole. I also noticed that not all the instructions were followed, like Extra corn.

Honestly, don’t order from here. The quality of this location has done down significantly. I ordered two bowl, extra chicken, veggies, etc and this is what I received.

This was by far the farthest thing from fresh I’ve ever been served. The guac was so brown it looked like it had been sitting out for days — seriously unappetizing. The chicken? Some weird color and completely ice cold. I placed my order at 1:31 for a 1:40 pickup and got to the restaurant at 1:37, so you’d think it would be fresh, right? Wrong.
To make matters worse, the Pepper Chat support was anything but helpful. Now I’m stuck at work with no lunch and zero appetite, because who wants to eat cold, questionable food?
Lesson learned: ALWAYS check your order before leaving. Wish I didn’t have to say that, but this experience was a total miss.

Their quesadillas leave much to be desired. They “cook” them in some machine and should seriously reconsider and put them on the grill/griddle. I asked for mine to be cooked longer but was surprised when I got home that they looked like they had been cooked less time. Do better.

My experience at this Chipotle was great, the staff were kind and overall led to a great experience. Service and atmosphere were good however the restaurant was a little bit on the dirtier side possibly because it was lunch rush and it was understaffed, overall a very positive experience.

06//1/2 started out different when I walked in as the server was walking to the back and you could see no one behind the food. Then all for kids came out together.. got home and ate from one side only to find two long hairs tucked into the rice on the other side

If you go to this location be sure to order at the counter and not via the app. The portion sizes are sometimes ridiculously small and other times its all over the place. Still is consistently tasty, but a gamble when ordering online.
