Decided to try this place for the first time on bogo Burritos day 4/3/2025. I placed an order online for pick up later that day.
It was hot and ready on time. When comparing it to Chipotle it is so much better. The meat portions are bigger and juicier. All the veggies were very fresh tasting. The queso was absolutely delicious. I appreciated that the guac and queso are included at no additional charge.
The container of queso with the chips is quite large. We loved our first experience and have ate here many times since with no issues. It’s consistently been great every single time

Ok I get it, they were probably down a person or two. But this person did our food and was behind the counter and didnt seem to care about hygiene or personal appearance.
Edited 2/04/26 I decided to try them again and placed a delivery order in the app. We ordered kids meals and an entree. The entree was ok but the steak is chewy and really fatty. The kids steak taco has onions even tho they were not ordered. The mini bowl was COVERED in cilantro like they took a handful and dumped it. Unfortunately I scraped it off before thinking about a picture. They ruined our meals.

Stopped in for the first time and had to say I was blown away by the fast and friendly service, great food ( which for a picky eater is hard to satisfy) and how clean the restaurant and even restrooms were. The girl who built my tacos was so nice and funny and made it exactly how I wanted it. Bree made ordering a great experience, unlike when I went to Chipotle, which had horrible service. That alone is worth returning for

Placed an order online for delivery for it to never arrive then when I called the store the manager was very rude, said they’re closing they don’t offer delivery and figure out in app how to get a refund. If ppl in certain positions are going to be representing your company when they speak because they speak on behalf/for Qdoba make sure they are well trained.!! He had no knowledge of the services you guys offer(delivery) ,complained about making the chicken to me for my order, and had no ppl skills to go about fixing the issue and trying halfway to make sure the customer was happy these are all red flags of some one not ready for a role that

Being shortstaffed at work, we often order from local restaurants, and this used to be one of our favorites. However, the food the last three times has burned I thought maybe it was a one off but at this time that’s not gonna be something we’re gonna wanna order for our team The most recent order I had half of a half a cup of soup, no guacamole, no cheese, not filled out the way that I had requested. Really like to eat here so I’m hoping this feedback will help them step up and pay a little more attention along with not burning the items. No one could eat the last order replaced.

This is my second time at this place and I ordered online. Got all the way home (I live 30 min away) and I only had half my order. Drove all the way back and was refused for them to just remake everything to have fresh food. Would not recommend customer service sucks.

Extremely satisfied with the service. Very welcoming and clean restaurant. It was our first time visiting a QDOBA -so not sure if they’re all like this specific establishment but appreciate staff accommodating our messy kids and making it a relaxing visit.

Honestly this place I had biggest hopes. Let me explain the ratings, I did an online and in person order so we could judge the quality/quantity…my food was disgusting by the time I could eat it as the online order took 20 minutes past…4 people on the to go line and one bag every 5 minutes…my wife liked her burrito[which was online that waited for] but said it was small which I do agree on. The portions need work, staff needs more training, they need someone cleaning the front because there was trash even by the line…just was not a good experience at all.
Update:
As shown they gave a case number and email it’s been a week since I’ve sent them an email. I just want to conclude that they don’t answer. So take that with what it is as they don’t seem to care but a Google reply to show face that they “care”. Figured anyone who’s gone or might go through this process is wondering what it is like for follow ups.
