We stopped in Ketchikan on our cruise ship. After a 5+ hour excursion we were hungry. We found D’Santa’s in Ketchikan, Alaska. Three people at the table ordered the Enchiladas Suiza, one ordered a burrito bowl, one ordered chorizo asada tacos and I ordered the Quesabirria tacos. We were all very happy with our meal. The servings were plentiful. Most of us could not finish our plates but wanted to keep eating because the food was so good. Our server was very attentive to our needs. We give this restaurant a 5 star rating! Yummy!

I used to regular Sonora, Mexico and this is one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve dined in. Food was excellent. Service was attentive, kind, and watchful for anything I needed. My girlfriends family is from Naco, Sonora and I joked to her that these meals were what I thought I was getting every day

Authentic made from scratch Mexican food in Alaska! Best beans I’ve ever had and the quesabirria and Cajun pasta are excellent! Bonus: owned and operated by the kindest, hardworking family who are very welcoming!

After a week traveling inland Alaska and then on board a cruise ship, the idea of an awesome Mexican lunch was too much to pass up. We are so glad that we stopped here!
The service was great and our tacos were AMAZING. We had a limited amount of time in port, and their friendly service was fast but relaxed. Our kids had what they described as a burger that ‘slays’, whatever that means. I know it’s good because they didn’t leave a crumb behind.
If you’re reading this review, this restaurant is 100% what you want to eat.

Must visit, especially if you come in on berth 4!!! – We did a cruise-run pub crawl that headed south. Coming back we wanted to eat somewhere local. A Mexican place was just a block north from the berth and thought it would be a joke to have Mexican in Alaska. Turns out it was no joke. D’Santa’s was absolutely excellent and I live in Chicago and have been to LA and San Antonio so I feel like I have a sense of what’s good. The tacos and enchiladas were excellent and their spicy salsa you have to ask for has beautiful heat and flavor. The owners work there and we were happy to contribute to the island economy. It’s not cheap but you’re on an isolated island in the midst of high inflation, so a $20 taco lunch seems quite fair.

Best food I’ve had in Alaska, super cute vibe, spacious for my big family, the tacos were delicious, the sauces were bland but didn’t expect much from Alaska haha

The food and service were excellent. We travel all over the USA and it was a surprise to find excellent Mexican food in Alaska. Once we normally pass Arizona it is difficult to find high quality good tasting Mexican food. The food portions were generous. The owner was conscientious about all her patrons. If I should go to Ketchikan again would for sure visit this restaurant.
